Excellent, serene location, ideal for relaxation! The staff was amazing, helped me with arranging everything, from transfers to cruise they made everything so easy. My cave room was very elegant, spotlessly clean and breakfast on the terrace with a gorgeous view, simply a must!The winery hall right in the heart of the building is incredible. Nice atmosphere. Cosy place and friendly people.

Firstly, we loved how welcoming the staff made us feel. All staff were very attentive and friendly, always willing to help. They gave us great suggestions for restaurants and beach club. We had a lovely room with a private pool with incredible views of the sea and mountains!! The place was so relaxing - it felt like a retreat. The area is very quiet and away from the crowds different to what you would expect in Oia. The pool side snacks were tasty , fresh and well priced. It was great to have breakfast delivered to our room daily - with a range of choices. We definitely can’t wait to come back!

What a wonderful stay we had in Crown suite, and especially because of the help and hospitality of Suzana and the whole team! Our stay was out of this world!! We were in several very good places but the care the whole team has for you in this place is INCREDIBLE! The suite is amazing, very big with private infinity pool on 1st floor and jacuzzi on the 2nd floor, the finishes are awesome, all new and well equipped! The breakfast is delicious, every day a little different touch, brought to the terrace of the suite! And then the staff… rarely seen this motivated and helpful staff, Suzana was so nice for us and arranged al very best tables at Franko’s bar on top of Pyrgos, at Rosemary’s… It started with a very nice touch of hospitality while she was picking us up on the square of Pyrgos and she accompanied us to the accomodation, meanwhile a very nice colleague was taking care of our luggage! Then she told us all about the isle of Santorini and the places to go! She arranged our ATV for 3 days, arranged our tables in restaurants and our pick up and transfer to the airport! And this all with a “real” smile, so sincerely!!! The location is very nice, extremely calm and only a few minutes drive to the touristic sites as Fira and Oia! We had complete privacy in the Crown Suite and the views are amazing, more then 180 degrees view, overlooking Fira and even Oia! The sunset from the terrace is amazing! We do really recommend this paradise so much and will definitely come back!!! Thanks you Suzana, but certainly the whole team (we don’t know all the names!)
