Everything. Nice vibes, many facilities in the hostel. Very friendly vibe. I stayed on a Friday night and there was a foosball tournament. The kitchen is AMAZING. Common area super nice as well, there is more than one. Bar also great. The beds had curtains, bedroom and bathroom were clean. Very close to the train station. Staff super friendly.

The location is excellent, and so central to the main Piazza. The host, Frederica is just so warm and welcoming and all the additional little extras that she provides (the biscuits both sweet & savory by the coffee machine), her advice on recommendations of places to visit, restaurants to go to, the booking of a driver just made my stay as a single person, to feel so well looked after.
