Very clear instructions and communication about check in. Very responsive to messages and helpful. Absolutely huge bedroom with lovely en-suite. Very clean and had everything needed. Kitchen was excellent with all you need of cooking. Welcome basket great as I arrived Beth late and lovely to be able to make coffee in the morning. Very quiet area but you can walk to the water in about 10 minutes and lots of restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk. I’d highly recommend and if back will stay again.

Great location. Good value of money. You have everything you need for stay, and the chairs and table outside is a plus to enjoy coffee and sun in the morning. I will now leave a very long review for those who is looking for something special not a traditional ‘south B&B’. The hotel is located rather far away from Brindisi and Melagne. I would say this is more likely to be an advantage for those who is tired from the noisy busy cities. But I am not sure it is possible to get without the car. It is absolutely new renovated building. The property is renovated on the ruins of an old farming. The owners told me this has taken them 10 years to come up with this project from idea to a first working day on August,6 this year. The materials are very expensive. And you feel the special atmosphere in every detail you see here. The owners of the hotel is a family of two brothers and a sister which makes this a traditional family business with all those great things like home made pie during the breakfast and full time hospitality. What is very important they have improved the tradition of the on-line check-in which comes from well-operated hospitality businesses. That means you can get your room almost any time. The very special part of this review should go to Dario. He is the owner and as I feel the main inspirer of the project. I would only comment that they give 5 star hospitality. Still you should understand that hotel is located almost in the field. And you will get it after ridding through fields. Next year they are planning to reconstruct a swimming pool which would add some comfort during the long hot season. I would highly recommend for those who does not want to spend extra money but wants to get a high level service.

The best feature was the spa, although in the photo I didn't quite realise its the first thing you see when you walk in. Breakfast snacks and teas and coffees were provided for us. Perfect location for us as we close to the town centre.
