Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, whole facility has elegant decor. The hotel has a very secure and safe environment, the neighbourhood is really quiet and safe. It is also close to the public transportation stations.

Location is great, very close to everything. We stayed in different rooms during the stay, one that has view on the Duomo and another that viewed the inner yard. Both are great, Duomo view is amazing, it might be a bit loud, but thats a Naples city centre, so thats how it should be)) Room with the inner yard view is quieter. Breakfast was very delicious, you can choose from different options and it will be delivered to your room at requested time. The best about the place is the host. Rosario is very friendly and accommodating. He communicated in advance that in the booked room was an issue with water, so we were offered a room with the view (later we moved to the initially booked room as we preferred to have 2 beds), at arrival we were met, Domenico helped with the luggage, gave a map, showed all the main spots to visit and gave restaurants recommendations, when we were leaving Rosario also helped with the luggage and taxi. For the staff I would give 100 points))

the staff was amazing! super helpful in recommending places to eat, giving directions, and the hostel activities were super fun. they have a free pizza and pasta night, fun game nights, and the rooftop bar is a great vibe as well. the breakfast was perfect for me since I'm a light morning person! the location was stunning as there is a magnificent church right infront that is definitely worth some time too. it is pretty central to most things like the little waterfront, the royal palace, Galeria Umberto, and the cutest side streets full of restaurants and shops! 100/10 overall!!
