I loved everything about Halketha. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from Chitra, Mary and Nelumi. We were taken to our villa across a beautiful landscaped garden that also stays true to its love for the natural environment. The villa itself was perfection - perfectly decorated, clean, homely but also provided you with a sense that you were in luxury. The outdoor bathroom was a cherry on top, with a beautiful araliya tree in the middle. During our stay, we were not only treated close to family, but the quality of service was nothing like I had seen in Sri Lanka for a long time. The food was authentically Sri Lankan, with a rich yet classic taste. The property is close to mini waterfalls and great walks. This is a stay I will keep coming back to. A reminder that authentic and wholesome experiences still exist in Sri Lanka.

The villa is in a quiet area. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and enjoyed the different games available like the billiard table. Aloka made sure we had great meals and showed us a river with small waterfalls in the area where the kids could take a swim which was great.

Amazing new hotel right by the ocean! This place is absolutely beautiful – the hotel is brand new and located right by the water where the waves crash against the shore. You can’t swim at the beach itself, but the pool is fantastic and perfect for relaxing with an ocean view. The chef prepared delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast – everything was fresh and full of flavor. The location is super convenient for first or last day, since it's just a 25 minute drive to the airport without the horrible Colombo traffic.

The place is located right on the beach. Superb view especially from the room on the second floor, but ground floor views is also amazing. Very quiet over night, super noise isolation. Recently built(or seriously renovated). The family that is running this place are unbelievably helpful and kind, and will make sure your stay is maximum comfortable for you

Great facility, big rooms, nice pool and beach area. Very clean. Staff absolutely amazing! Gret food and drinks, the only minus are prices in spa and prices of drinks(double compared to city) Kids area, Amazing. Never seen such big and well equiped kids zone with lady looking after kid (so we could have an hr without kid- 4yrs old) Amazing hospitality!
