The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, you need to keep an eye on the email becaus the communication steps are made by them. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The apartment was fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils you might need if you prefer to prepare your own meals in the room. The furniture and overall design looked modern and fresh, giving the impression that the place was recently renovated. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, adding to the comfort of the stay. Another great advantage is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which is perfect for those traveling with their furry friends. I highly recommend Gorski Resort for anyone visiting Zakopane.
