The hotel is new with clear indications of the location of rooms, exits, etc. The location is fantastic, right on the Market Square. Isolation is also great, you don’t hear anything. The staff is very attentive, so far the best service I have ever got! The response time from the hotel via Booking.com was extremely fast. I asked to iron the dress for me in the morning before the check-in (also left my luggage in their storage room) and it was already hanging in the room together with my suitcases when I got my key to the room! The service in general was fabulous!

Its a brand new built IBIS, not even on Google maps yet. I got a budget double room, small but functional and extremely luxurious. Its one of the best IBIS hotels i have stayed at in the world. Absolutely perfect. It is perfect for westerners from 1st world countries. 99% of the apartments you find in Ukraine are awful for westerners from 1st world countries. Only stay in IBIS hotels for the same price but super luxury stay. Its more like 4 stars than 3 stars. Im in a 5 star hotel now and i preferred the IBIS. They even have a Bidet. Extremely quiet, i was right next to trams and the main road and i couldnt hear it, fully sealed double or triple glazed windows stops ALL the noise. Bed extremely comfortable, huge double shower, desk, chair, window seat area too, room safe, bar fridge, clothes hangars, storage under that for your luggage and lots of storage under the bed, air conditioned, huge TV with a few english channels but not much, good internet speed. Totally for westerners with decent standards. Dont make the mistake of getting a supposed 9 star apartment in a private building. I have rented a lot of apartments in Ukraine, none are good, all have been noisy and bad floors and hear the neighbours. IBIS you hear nothing from neighbours or road noise. Get a Hotel!!!!!

The location is excellent—despite having heavy luggage, it’s easy to reach the hotel, which is just 100 meters from the nearest point accessible by car. I appreciated the complimentary glasses of sparkling wine upon arrival—a thoughtful touch after a long journey. My room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. While I would have preferred slightly larger and newer towels, this is only a minor suggestion for improvement. My room faced the inner courtyard, making it very quiet, and I was able to get a great night’s rest. The boxed breakfast was a nice option, and the dishes I ordered from the hotel’s restaurant were absolutely delicious.
