The apartment is very nice. It’s bright, with fresh renovations, and clean. When we were in Chicago, the weather was very rainy, and we spent a lot of time in the apartment. It’s very cozy and comfortable. The panoramic window is a highlight of this apartment. I found everything I needed for cooking in the kitchen. Clean and new dish sponges — a nice little detail that’s very rare in the U.S. Also, on the first floor, you can buy coffee at the café without leaving the building.

Loved the room, very quiet and clean. Plenty of outlets for chargers and laptop. Mini fridge, coffee maker. Great desk area for working, nice livingroom area for relaxing. Breakfast better than most with plenty of options but would like longer hours. 9am is early to end breakfast when on vacation. Beautiful views from breakfast area. Nice view from 4th floor room.

The Ohio House Motel is very lovely! It's a very small property, but a good place to stay if you're just staying overnight and you don't need to stay in a fancy hotel with all the amenities. For us, we stayed because we were attending Lollapalooza and just needed somewhere to stay while attending the festival. A double bedroom is small, but gets the job done if you are going to be out and about all day and not staying in your room. They have cleaning services that come around once a day to clean.

First stayed here 10 years ago - was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel has kept its standards - room was modern and well furnished and also quite large for a city centre. Location remains fantastic and the gym is well equipped.

Great location right in the middle of downtown Chicago. Hotel was overall a bit dated, room basic but clean, breakfast was pretty awful nothing healthy other than a bowl of apples. Most of the staff were miserable and a bit rude I felt it was extremely expensive for a basic dated hotel where the staff are clearly not happy in their work. I wouldn't visit again

Great location - if you’re visiting Chicago don’t stay in downtown, it’s a ghost town after 6pm and you’ll spend half your time getting out of there! Definitely stay North and at this hostel :) Comfiest bed ive ever had in a hostel, wonderful staff and amazing location

Great boutique hotel in Downtown Chicago, just 5 min walk from the Navi Pier and the beach, as well as the Magnificent Mile with all its skyscrapers, bars and restaurants. The beds are comfy, the staff are friendly and helpful, it's very clean, the AC is working. Keep in mind as it's central location, the streets are loud and you can hear the emergency services sirens in the rooms, if you're a light sleeper.

Excellent hotel in a super central location right opposite the Chicago River and all the attractions that Chicago has to offer. We were staying on the 26th floor for 5 nights and room was spacious clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were super comfy and also big and spacious. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at the Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown again and recommend this hotel to all potential visitors to Chicago anytime.
