We encountered a little problem in the room and the staff gave us every available solution and handled it perfectly, with no hesitation. I never got such good service in a hotel and I couldn't be happier for my choice. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, just 5 min walk from the beach of the lake. The private beach was a bit hard to find. It's a bit southern to the hotel. It was so quiet and relaxing to chill there. Our stay at Aichinger hotel was incredible and we really recommend staying there!
