Rooms at Hostal Kutralwe are cosy and have wooden floors. Some of the rooms have cable TV and a private bathroom. Some rooms also have volcano views. The staff was amazing. Super accommodating and attentive. The rooms are cozy. The location right next to the supermarket is the best.

All units comprise a seating area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a minibar. Some units feature a balcony and/or a patio with city or inner courtyard views. Guests can dine in an outdoor dining area at the guest house. Carolina, the host, was very informative. I stayed for 2 nights and followed her recommendations for restaurants - both were very good. My stay was unrepresentative in that nobody else was there. The hostel is very well-equipped and comfortable. It was warm, with a log burner. I came by car , so location was not so important, but it isn't far from the centre. Very importantly, it is a quiet location and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

There is free WiFi throughout, and rooms offer air conditioning. Excellent location, the staff is very friendly and helped us with each and every request. The room had an amazing view. Excellent value for money.
