Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 700 metres from Kolovare Beach. Super convenient location, near mall, shops and a short walk to main bus station or downtown Zadar. The owner/caretaker lady was very kind, showed me around and made me feel welcome and comfortable. They have only 3 rooms, 12 beds total, so it’s a homey feel. Not a party place, which i love because it felt quiet and safe. Common area, bathrooms and room were very clean and functional. The bed was sturdy (i wish there were curtains on bed for privacy. I used my eye mask to block the light so i was fine) and there was changing block in the room with large mirror.

The breakfast staff was very friendly, food and service was excellent. Housekeeping ladies were very helpful.

All self-catered units feature tiled floors and are fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a toaster, and a private bathroom with shower. A fridge is also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Excellent accommodation in an ideal location for exploring the old town of Split. We were kindly provided with a free room upgrade, which was very satisfactory. The host provided us with all the necessary information for our stay. Also, paid parking nearby was very convenient. One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed with attention to detail.

The breakfast was rather diverse, with some vegan-friendly options. Free umbrellas and sunbeds at the pool. Walking distance from multiple restaurants (both in Mlini and nearby towns) and at least one grocery shop.
