She was really reactive and so kind. The location was great, you walk 4 or 5mn to the train station. We absolutely recommend staying here!!! And will definitely come back if we come back to La Spezia.

The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!

Good AC, comfortable bed, easy and nice comunication with the person in charge, i left my luggage there early before the check-in and also the next day after the check-out. From the train station it is a 12-15 min walk through the city center, on a pedestrian street full of restaurants, cafes and shops. Felt very safe
