Not quite walkable into town due to dogs and traffic but was a short and cheap tuktuk drive away to the main attractions.

Every morning, you can choose the type of breakfast you prefer, and the breakfast itself is tasty and fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I also had the chance to meet the owner we had some great conversations. You can really feel the passion behind this place, and it shows in the care and attention given to guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaffna!

We were three couples travelling together and we had the entire house to ourselves. The bedrooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff (especially Janakan) were incredibly attentive, lovely and made everything work beautifully. There really was nothing we lacked. The breakfast prepared by Mihla was delicious and so personal. If you are looking for an intimate and local experience then I couldn’t recommend this enough. If you prefer big hotels with a resteraunt/breakfast buffet then I think the other Jetwing in Jaffna is probably more for you.

This was an enchanting stay in a residential suburb not too far outside of the main Jaffna city. The house is 150 years old, and it does feel like staying in an old mansion - with the giant keys and fancy doors. The guesthouse owner was very kind and helpful, and made me delicious food for dinner. He also assisted with laundry for no charge. There is no heated water, but there is a built in "fountain" in the wall, which added to the old-timey feeling.
