Our stay with Randy and his delightful family was absolutely fabulous. The room was very large, spacious and comfortable, and beautifully clean. The food Randy's wife made for us was really delicious, and healthy too. We enjoyed lots of exotic fruits we had not tried before, most of which came from their garden. Randy went above and beyond any expectations we could possibly have. He took us on a tour of the lake and village, and pointed out lots of amazing wildlife, including toucans, turtles, and monitor lizards. The whole family were lovely, including Randy's wife and little girl. Elegant Lake House is a perfect place to stay. There is nothing else to say. Thank you very much, Randy and family.

As a local couple first of all I wanted to thank to the owner of this place and pubudu he not just a staff he is very familiar person. and extremely kind and 100% decent person. when I was booked there I was very particular about privacy and protection. so I can 100% guarantee to anyone who like to come there in future. because the place in owner property and their house below us. and 100% safe. and there is no security cameras in rooms. so you ll have 100% best privacy.... and regarding room view is in front of paddy field. and village view so much beautiful. and we had very good breakfast for good price and food is very hygienic. so overall everything is perfect and I forgot to tell. they have hot water as well and in the bathroom wall is very beautiful with snow mountain art. 100% I recommend this place. looks luxurious and safe specially for foreigners. to the Tip. tissamaharayama temple 5min from there

Food is wonderful and the chef was very thoughtful. Safari was expertly organized, with a knowledgeable guide and great lunch set up in the park. Could not recommend more!
