    The hotel complex is like a small town with shops, cafes, restaurants and the Al Seef Village Mall with a big Carefour shop inside. The atmosphere is unique walking along the streets of the complex under the umbrella-decorated shades, palms and tropical flowers around.... The studios are very spacious with huge bedroom and bathroom+small kitchenette. The pool area is really relaxing-heated layered pools with different depths and children sections and a pool for swimming. It is very close to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again if we are coming back to Abu Dhabi. We had breakfast at the restaurant by the pools which was very delicious- it was A La Carte but had great variety of sweet and salty specialties.

    It was our first holiday, the honeymoon in Al Raha Beach Hotel. Everybody is very kind and honest. Yalem and Sara at the reception were very helpful with all of our "problems" . Shams and Edwin are great in luggage management and hunted down taxi for us every day. In the Sevilla restaurant all of the staff is perfect! Zum, Shubham and Sissay have served our table evening by evening, they are friendly, smiley and made our dinner-time perfect. And the most importent: it was our honeymoon,.Nayal and Arafat from the room-keeper team made for us very nice room :) Nayal is an ARTIST! His decoration was a masterwork!

    I liked that is was truly in the desert and remote which made the experience magical. What made it special was the staff. I lost my mobile phone during a dune buggy ride and when I thought all was lost, dune guide Tabish and security Bisal went into the desert the next morning and found it! It was a miracle!     Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. A lively atmosphere would make the pool area even more enjoyable.

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience...

    The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. Pristine room befoee checkin, Pristine service don't wait for the (bad) comment to act upon it.

    You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on the island and use the facilities of all 3. We ate in the African restaurant in Sahel Resort and the Italian restaurant in Al Yamm resort, food was amazing. It is easy moving from resort to resort as transportation is offered by the hotel.

    It is a beautiful place to visit at least once in your life, with beautiful gardens and extraordinary mountains, but many places are closed for renovations, which limited our visit, but we will be back! The must-see tour is Jebel Hafeet mountain, the view is worth the effort of climbing.

    Though it's so far, considering a 3-hour drive from Dubai, it is worth the visit. The resort is super clean, with amazing staff and food; you'll find the serenity you're looking for (even if there are kids around!) We had breakfast & dinner at L'Attitude, and the food and staff were superb! We really had a fantastic 2-night stay!

    My wife and I are overwhelmed with the total experience and serenity this resort gave us during our stay. First of all, the pictures and videos on the internet doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and serendipity of this beautiful lavish resort. You ought to visit and see it yourself. The staffs of this resort is the backbone and the reason which made our stay very pleasant. I’d like to specifically mention the names and their roles to appreciate their great service. Ranesh - bell desk team Ahmed Azeez - restaurant CK - chef Sobiya - reception Yanis - restaurant John - restaurant George - lifeguard / front desk buggy team I’m definitely coming back soon with my entire family and friends.

    I was a resident of AUH & moved back to EU.

    I was a resident of AUH & moved back to EU. The cost of living has gone up drastically which was a surprise. But was a feeling of nostalgia for us. Discovered the new water front around the Al Maqtaa Area.
