The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to the kingdom center, 5 minutes. The breakfasts are gorgeous, lunch and dinner can also be paid for on the spot, buffet style. delicious! Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.

Its an old property with front desk which is unable to...

Its an old property with front desk which is unable to handle the customers. There is no concept of Queue and people talk over your shoulder and front desk would happily entertain. Its an old property with uneven lobby level, which is difficult for old people and young families. Rooms are old, whiile they were clean but bathroom is very old. Getting into and out lifts is also a challenge. Booking here is not without risk of unilateral cancellation which happened with us on the day of arrival without any reason. So be careful before you book !!

We worked there 30 years ago and our children were both born there, but we left when they were small, so this was a trip down memory lane for us, and an introduction to the kids. It had changes so much, ( for the better) and we had a wonderful time. We used to love the Shwarmas and the hotel guided us to a brilliant shwarma restaurant that we ate at frequently.

We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

Everything, bad attitude from the Egyptian guy on the phone, he shouted at me when I just ask about the location, because the name of the hotel is different from the one on booking!! No hot water in the bathroom, though it was cold weather. It is totally overpriced and not worth the money !! I don't recommend it.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility. Last time I gave overall rating 5. But this round my over all experience was good and I gave Rating 8 They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

Our family visit to Madinah Al Muawwara was an emotional one. Arriving by Haramain train from Makkah, getting to the hotel, staying in Madinah as well as all other activities were really good. Rowdha visiting, praying at Haram Shareef, visiting Quba masjid, mount Uhud & Sayid Ashuhadaa' Square, maqbara Baqeeh are all highly emotional. It is important to set your mind to the Noble Prophet's period and see things from that perspective. Under primitive conditions, our beloved Prophet (PBUH) ensured the message of Islam reached every corner of the globe. Madinah will enlighten our minds until our next visit to the holy city.
