The staff made this experience simply wonderful, as Katarina from the front desk welcomed me and was very thorough about the hotel history amenities and services, she was professional friendly and magnificent. The dining experience was majestic at the Vanitas restaurant the food recommendations were on point as it has fulfilled my food requirements you have to try the following: Burrata Di Bufala, Plin Di Faraona and for dessert D'amalfi if you enjoy a zesty and sweet dessert, during my dining experience I had a wonderful conversation with Chris a friendly and a resourceful staff member in the restaurant, simply amazing. Another ovation should be given to Manish at the reception area as she has authorized a late check-out due to a delay in my arrival.

I read previous reviews about the hotel and was a bit worried. However, I can assure you that as of May 7, the room was immaculate! Everything seemed brand new, as if it was recently remodeled. The air conditioner was strong and the room was quiet. I was also especially impressed by the club downstairs. The drinks were average priced for a club, and it was filled with many beautiful, single women who were very friendly and from various countries. The cafe also had some very tasty food which you can either eat downstairs or order it to your room. Finally, there is a small store next door for any last minute needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself!

Perfect location and facilities, amazing service, beautiful views, the beach bar is super nice, the restaurants are top! Something we didn’t knew before arriving, but liked a lot: with the half board dinning, we were able to have included dinner in each of the amazing restaurants in the resort with set menu - amazing atmosphere and tastes! The Italian one is even with a Michelin star Thank you very much for the Honeymoon surprises :)

I have visited over many years as I have family .

I have visited over many years as I have family . There’s always something new that can make your visit special. It’s safe ,respectful place with amazing experiences for all whether it’s around the marina, JBR Downtown or Blue waters. Iconic Burj Khalifa or the desert or the cricket ground horse racing or golf courses. So many try the sky dive over the palm or a evening meal cruise around the marina and bay or venture to the gold souk of old Deira or heritage centre crossing by Abra or use the excellent safe and clean trams and metro system. Download apps for taxis otherwise or if you’re brave book a value car or super car on the massive motorways

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

We stayed in an apartment in Downtown for our first week. It was busy but we loved being able to walk to the Burj and Dubai fountains in the evening. Went on 3 tours. Nol card was great for using all the various modes of transport. 2nd week we stayed in a hotel at the Marina. Lots of lovely walks. Used the trams, metro, trains and buses, tap on tap off, so easy to use. Always someone there to help you if required. 3rd week Emirates Hills , quiet relaxing location. Not so close to public transport, used taxis. Avoid peak times for a cheaper ride.

Visit family.

Visit family. My third visit to Dubai and will be going at least annually. I would live there if I could. Endless things to do. My to do list grows. Single female/traveller feel 100% safe at all times (rare experience in this world). Check out beach clubs as they have amazing offers/discounts on certain days plus ladies days (it's mixed guests not 100% female so you can go with partner). % off all food and drinks and water sports. This 3 week visit I did lots but standouts for me were: Kayaking in Hatta Spa at Sofital Hotel Souk Madinat Mall of the Emirates Dubai Mall Kite Beach (lots of times) Bed by sea apx 130Dh Air Balloon from Atlantic Hotel Brunch at Pierchic at Jumeirah Al Qsar Hotel (on the sea & amazing views Burj Al Arab, 5* food - dress smart) Aisa Aisa on Palm (amazing views 5* food, birthday treat) Business Lunch at Fi Lia 71st Floor SLS Hotel Live female DJ/Singer (amazing views, 5* food, dress smart, great atmosphere) Floating Breathwork at Aura Skypool highest infinity pool in the world Riva Beach Club ladies days Wednesday lots of savings Ce La Vi The Address Hotel (amazing view of Burj Kalifa 5* food - even I took pics of the food) You'll need to hit the gym daily to keep the balance. I love the Palm and may stay there next time. What I didn't manage to fit in (& plan for next time) was: Glass Slide at the Observatory Zip Wire across Dubai Marina Global Village Maddam Tussauds Helicopter Ride to Palm Swim with Dolphins Aura Skypool sunrise booking Ice Skating Dubai Mall SUP(anywhere)
