Staffs are so friendly. They attend quickly to every call of their clients. Foods are great! Kitchen staffs are so professionals. The room is so clean and presentable when we checked in. Perfect place to relax and an hour drive away from busy cities. Pool design is very children friendly. Kay homes is perfect for families with children.

Hotel Cleanliness - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : The hotel common area like corridor, guest waiting area, lift and restaurant area clean and tidy. Just sometimes when I pass by some room I can smell someone is smoking and makes the area and corridor smells bad. 😷🤧🤢 3. Breakfast - 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : Nice and good options. The staff is helpful and area are always clean and tidy. I love their KARAK chai sooo gooodddd❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼 4. Staff - 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comments : All their staff are friendly and always with genuine smiles. Abdul the house keeper is fast and help me change my water boiler because it was broken and not working. I asked for prayer mat and he gave me in an instant. Thank you Abdul. ❤️👍🏼👍🏼

The location is great, you can park your car in front of your house. Big pool, nice facilities after the renovation. We had a perfect check in as well as check out. I point out the after service by Zahid who immediately Informed us about forgotten items via phone so we had time to get them before it was too late. He saved us here. Thanks to Zahid and team.

Ras Al Khaimah is a peaceful, safe, and pleasant city that’s easy to get around by car.
