Very clean hotel , the policy of hotel makes you feel home , very special thanks to Husam Amer from reservation, for his politeness and professionalism, thanks also for Nour , Zainab from the front desk. The hotel is really very cozy and very near to the private beach , you don’t have to walk more than 30 m to get in the sea , and that was very important because the weather is very hot . The hotel has a very nice perfumed air refresher system were you will enjoy a very nice smell from the moment you get to the hotel tell you leave . Thank you ROVE hotel and Emar company, your hotel is better than a 5 stars hotel in the same area that I spend in just one night and then went out to ROVE

The staff are very friendly, resourceful and welcoming right from security, maintenance , reception to top brass management staff. I felt so at home with service that I was essentially on first name basis with most- Sizani, Angeline, Subash Swaraj, Rabi, Cris, Ramon, Washington, Geoffrey and the list goes on! truly excellent service. I was was provided with excellent attentive care, and given a lot of general advice and information to help me navigate my stay in RAK. The claypot restaurant had some excellent food , the breakfast and the breakfast was great. The huddle bar is an authentic hangout! The manager of the bar, Sylvia was very proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction. ( She is also an excellent pool player, I enjoyed many losses!). Definitely coming straight back here on my next visit to RAK. Kudos!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah from July 4th to 5th, and it was a truly pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard double room, but to our surprise, the hotel generously upgraded us — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness maintained in both the rooms and public areas. Breakfast was another highlight — the variety and quality of the food were excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Hilton Garden Inn, Ras Al Khaimah to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel with great service.

Exceptional Service from Housekeeping and Reception I had an absolutely wonderful 3-day stay, and I love to thanks to the incredible team. The housekeeping staff- Manoj, Nipuni, Habib and Jammi, consistently ensured my room was spotless and incredibly comfortable.     A very good hotel in terms of service is not inferior to 5 stars. The food is excellent in the restaurant, a good selection of dishes, I really liked the sweets. Watermelon and melon are always ripe, and there was even oatmeal porridge for breakfast. In the evenings, the restaurant plays music and prepares dishes on the grill. Responsive staff. All rooms have a nice view. There is a supermarket nearby, to the right of the hotel down the stairs. Across the street there are shops, an Indian restaurant and a pharmacy. Heated swimming pool. They take you to the beach twice a day, about two kilometers away. In the evenings, the hotel bus takes you to the mall. The airport is 20 minutes away by taxi. When we go to Ras Al Khaimah next time, we will definitely stop here again.

    The hotel is amazing, the architecture is unique. The weather there is cool even during july as there are no buildings around and lot of greens. Mr.Mustafa from reception was lovely and gave us very nice room. Thank you again Mustafa, you have been a wonderful host. The pool closing at 9h30pm it gives you the time to enjoy swiming by night. We received nice amenities, fruits and sweets to our room complimentary from hotel. The design of the room is great with a nice deco and roof design.

    Ras Al Khaimah is a peaceful, safe, and pleasant city that’s easy to get around by car. It offers a wide variety of hotels to suit all budgets, along with an impressive selection of restaurants covering different cuisines, price ranges, and dining styles. Visitors with time to explore can enjoy relaxing on the beach, shopping at modern malls, or taking part in water activities such as boat tours, or organized cruises. For nature lovers, the city is close to stunning natural landscapes, including Jebel Jais—the UAE’s highest peak—where visitors can enjoy scenic drives, hiking, and even the world’s longest zipline.     If you're considering this property, be sure to double-check a few things before booking. The only standout feature during my stay was the indoor female pool — clean, quiet, and well-maintained. However, the rest of the experience was underwhelming. The room cleanliness was not up to standard, and some amenities listed — like one of the restaurants and the spa — were not operational without any prior notice. If you're booking a sea-view room, be aware that the view might not match your expectations. Mine faced a main road and construction site, with only a distant glimpse of the sea. Also, beach access is walkable (5-7mins) — it requires a buggy ride to and from the beach area. I recommend confirming in advance what facilities are open, verifying the actual view from the room, and understanding how beach access works to avoid disappointment.
