The staffs service was exceptional specially the beginning of the front office Jamie till the room service given by Peter was really good. High standards with an excellent value for money. Primashi in reception upgraded my King Bedroom to a Family Suite! I didn't expect it from the value I have paid. I arrived in the room, surprisingly shocked that it was a huge room. For dinner, I went to Fresh Restaurant and asked Harshana, who attended my table, about the best meal in the house. Harshana offered the Steak to me, and he was not wrong! I enjoyed my meal. Delicious fruit platter too! I will visit this hotel soon for my RAK adventures!
