Although our visit was just for one night, this newly opened hotel in Ksamil left a lasting impression. The rooms are incredibly cozy, with tasteful decor and well chosen furniture that gives a warm, inviting feel. Despite the short stay, the staff made a big impact - attentive, kind and ready to assist at every step to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The breakfast was another standout- flavourful, generous and clearly prepared with care. A truly delightful place that we would happily return to for a longer stay.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!! It’s a family business so they all make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms are modern and roomy. No noises and air conditioning works fine! The breakfast is simple but tasty. The location is perfect, about two minutes walk to the main beaches in Ksamil. But what really stood out during our stay was the service. Arel, the receptionist, is such a nice guy! Always in a good mood, smiling and ready to help with anything. I also own a huge thanks to Miguel, the owner. He was very helpful, making all the difference in our trip. Drove us to some amazing places for a more than fair price. I also had an accident at the beach and Miguel didn’t think twice before going to get us and take me to the local emergency. Thank God was nothing too serious and I could somehow enjoy the rest of the trip. Thanks Miguel, Arel and the whole family! We’ll be glad to come back to Ksamil one day!

Really can’t fault this hotel- it was in a great location, the room and bathroom were lovely and modern, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great. The view from our room and the rooftop restaurant was also lovely! There is a beach just across the road from hotel and you can collect a beach towel from reception. It is also a very short walk into town for most of the restaurants and bars. Great value for money! My partner and I had a really lovely time.

    The hotel is brand new, made it with the most selective items and finnest finishing. The pictures don't show how nice the property looks like, but in person is amazing 😀, very spacious room with balcony, beds very comfortable, staffs are really nice and there is cleaning services available every day. The location is amazing right at the beginning of ksamil- far away from the noisy main street, everything with walking distance - 5 minutes walk to the beach and town centre. There is a car rental( Ksamil rental - 355 696162699 ) just 3 minutes walking from the hotel, you can rent a motorbike for 20€ and a car €35 per day highly recommended, ower is very trustworthy. For those who just want to relax and don't go out, the hotel has a bar, restaurant and a good swimming pool. For those who's coming by bus from Sarande, the bus stop is beside the hotel- The journey takes 30 minutes and it costs € 1.75 each way, or if you are coming by car, there are plenty of parking places around the hotel. Ideally, bring cash with you most of the places o ly accept cash - you can pay in Euros or Lek - taking cash from ATM machine you pay €12 every time you withdraw. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again

    The couple who run the hotel are a lovely young pair with an adorable 1-year-old child. I would like to sincerely thank them for their outstanding hospitality — from the very first minute, we felt completely at home. They gave us countless tips about the area, restaurants, beaches, schedules, etc. (always at our request, of course). The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. In fact, since our little one is quite picky and rarely likes anything, they kindly prepared for him again the dish he had enjoyed on a previous day — such a thoughtful gesture! Without a doubt, this is a 10/10 stay — and only because we can’t give it more stars. Unfortunately, the issue with cash payments in Albania meant the accommodation ended up costing us more. Both the views and the photos of the hotel are an exact reflection of what they advertise and offer — no tricks, no gimmicks.

    Wow, what a stay! The apartments are in a FABULOUS location directly next to a beautiful beach with an absolutely stunning sunset. Super close to lots of restaurants and beach clubs too. The balcony was so pretty with the grape vines and the tree, it felt magical, like we were in a tree house! We were a small family of four with two adults, 1 child and a baby and the size of the apartment was perfect for a short stay. We would absolutely come back again, we loved it.     Ksamil – charm, contrasts & cats 🐾 Ksamil is a wonderful place with stunning beaches, delicious food, and 24/7 shops. The locals are warm and friendly, and cats are literally everywhere, adding even more charm to the town. The unique architectural style and Albania’s contrasts make it truly fascinating. Just a small note — smoking is allowed almost everywhere, so keep that in mind when planning your stay.

    The beaches are extremely beautiful and clean.

    The beaches are extremely beautiful and clean. Renting sunbeds/umbrellas can be quite pricy. If you go in the afternoon they would charge you the same price on some beaches. Driving in Ksamil can be quite hectic. The streets are quite narrow and not all the streets have pavements and on streets where they are present either they are taken up by shops or else the people do not use the land walk in the middle of the road. Be careful if you are driving there especially during rush hour and parking is not easy. The restaurants are really good. We tried a lot of them and the food is delicious and most of them have very reasonable prices. We were always treated nicely from the staff.

    The people are amazing.

    The people are amazing. They are all friendly and acomodating, and almost everyone speaks great english. The food is delicious! We went to several restaurants and all the food is great. Butrint national park is a must see. Although I highly recommend going there early (before 10 AM) to get a parking spot. Otherwise you will park 1 km-2km away and walk in the sun. The infrastructure is horrible. There are too many hotels and the roads are narrow and there are no or very little sidewalks. It is dangerous to walk around with small children because in august it was filled with cars that were driving too fast on those roads. Driving inside Ksamil and between Ksamil and Saranda is a nightmare.
