Loved everything about our stay in Polreich. We chose this hotel because of the high rating and good review from their previous guests. The location of the hotel is very strategic as it was just a short walk (less than 500m) from P2 car park, salt mine station and the centre of town. On the day of our arrival, both P1 and P2 car park were full and we felt so lucky to have chosen this hotel as we managed to find a spot to drop the elderly ( next to the hypermarket) and unloaded our luggage before walking to the hotel which was just about 200m away. Although we had to park our car at P4 and walked 2km to the hotel but Phillip (the host) was so kind to have sent us back to our car after we checked out. The breakfast prepared by Phillip was very well plated and the omelette is amazing! We get to have breakfast with swans just outside of the window too. Coffee from the cafe was ordinary but perhaps due to our strong taste and high expectation on coffee. The rooms (we booked all the 3 rooms for our whole family) are very beautiful, comfortable, sparkling clean, well equipped and with fantastic views of the lake and church of Hallstatt. The host is sincere and put in a lot of effort in welcoming his guest. We will definitely go back to this hotel if we have the chance in the future. Will sure recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives too. Try to book early to have no regrets!

I have really enjoyed it, the room view at 236 was amazing.

Located in the UNESCO World Heritage village of Hallstatt, Fenix Hall is just 200 metres from Lake Hallstatt and 800 metres from the centre. Free WiFi is available.

Everything was great. The owner is very friendly and helpful and the staf also. Certainly would recommend as a place to stay in Hallstatt.

I loved everything about the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast, good location, and a bathtub (which I’ve found is difficult to come by in reasonably priced European hotels)

We had a great stay and found the Seewirt Zauner to be great value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful and overall the experience was that of home comforts rather than a commercial hotel. The location is also second to none.

Possible to charge our electric car to a reasonable price. Wonderful with the afternoon snack. Delicious food at the Thursday pork roast event. Super good breakfast where it was possible to order hot dishes. Cosy atmosphere at the hotel and a very friendly and service minded staff
