They used it for their living, so you can expect proper well equiped house. warm, with kitchen where you will not miss anything. and to watch HarryPotter with kids in their Harry Potter room, is unforgetable experience. I think Mattrace were quit good, just pillow were not my cup of tea. Rita and Peter are very kind.

The host and apartment were both wonderful. It was very clean, modern and cozy. The kitchenette was equipped to cook in (all the pans, kitchenware,toster,coffemaker) and the host provided coffee, tea, milk, juice, beer. We also had a welcome gift - two granola bars, two apples and their homemade salad dressing. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, we were going skiing in Gerlitzen and it was 15 min car ride from the Gerlitzen Cable Car. The host was helpful and provided the details about local restaurants, bakery and grocery stores and also other activities in the region.

The room was spacious, it all looked newly furnished and it was very clean. The view was amazing - hill on one side, and lake on the other. The breakfast place is so cozy and gives warm vibes. There are various choices for breakfast and it's all delicious! The host was nice and friendly, especially with our kid, which was amazing. Overall, we would recommand this place, and would come again here. :)

We stayed in the apartment for 8 days. Fully equipped apartment, very suitable for hosting a family, clean, tidy, very quiet location, convenient and close to attractions, lovely view. The hosts thought of all the little details to make the apartment comfortable. The hosts were very helpful, communicated well and were available for any questions. Highly recommend staying in this apartment, perfect for trips to Carinthia. Thank you very much for the hospitality. We would love to come back.

Four of us stayed at Inge's for four nights and had an absolute blast. The apartment is close to Gerlitzen (less than 15 mins door to chairlift), it's clean and thoughtfully designed, and has every amenity you can imagine--both basic (e.g. hair dryer, dishwasher, water heater, cookware) and next-level (e.g. heated floors, hair straightener, soda machine, espresso maker...). The host Inge is also extremely kind and helpful. Highly highly recommend!

This property is just fabulous with one word. But it deserves more than one word. Set in one of the nicest places in Carinthia, beside beautiful lake Maltschacher See, only half an hour drive from Klagenfurt. If you want peace and jet to be close to the croud, this is it. So many places to cycle or just to walk arround. The appartment is spacious, fully equipped. There is absolutely nothing you’ll miss. You get your private beach. There is alot of parking space around. And the most important thing is the restaurant and the manager. And all the staff very professional and so nice you just want to come back as soon as possible. As Arnold would say: We’ll be back!!! 💪

The town is great, with a lot of activities for kids, the only dowside is that the information regarding the opening hours are not updated on the internet, the knowladge of english in different shops/restaurants is quite poor and the information regarding the erlebnis card are not clear. The best place for kids is Familywald.

Very nice location, directly at the lake, close to the mountains, lots of hiking trails, beautiful places nearby, easy to reach by train. Unfortunately, there is no supply infrastructure (supermarket, grocery store, ...), not even close by. No big issue with a car, but without, things can get tedious.

Nice place but too small.

Nice place but too small. Its for relax if you are kind of "stay at place" people. Nature great, but to much privat grounds around the lake. No walk way right next to the lake. Like it is f.e. at Bled lake. Its sit and enjoy the view, air and peace.

Our accommodation was upgraded compared to what we ordered. Overall, however, this place was a pleasant surprise and it is a shame we couldn't have spent more time here. There is definitely more to discover here. The private beach with all the facilities is very nice.

Many entertainment and sports options in the surrounding area. Option of a steamboat trip on the lake. Adlerarena and Affenberg at Landskron Castle are worth a visit. The Carinthia Card is a great option.

It is a nice, quiet neighbourhood.

It is a nice, quiet neighbourhood. It is easy to get around the village but the footpath leads directly along the railway line. The supermarkets are close and well stocked. Public lighting is weak and going out at night is not pleasant.

small but cosy, great that you can be in 5 minutes in the forrest, 15 minutes to the waterfalls and next town is cabin to Gorlitzen. We like Bodensdorf new kids playground on public beach. Billa and Spar close by (4km+/-)

approx. 200 m from the lake, beautiful and clean accommodation, excellent and rich breakfast, very kind and helpful owners, excellent communication, accommodation for dogs, free e-bike rental, they rent sports equipment for the water, private grassy beach, local food, the possibility of many bicycle trips even on foot, beautiful nature. Annenheim is a very small town on the Ossiacher See.

Annenheim is a very small town on the Ossiacher See. We were there for only three days, out of season (end of April) and with bad weather, so we did not explore as much as we would have if the weather were better. We did some walks around the lake and in the forest around it. There are many different trails, from easy to hard. There is also paragliding, possibility to rent boats, skiing in winter. One thing we noted is that out of season almost every restaurant/cafe in the area is closed (one would need to go to Villach to eat out).

Calm and remote little village with a few restaurants and two supermarkets. Great access to the lake and a few lake cafes. If you like quiet and individual travels, this is a place for you. Swimming, hiking, biking, boating etc. is all great here.
