The hotel has a great location with beautiful views. Our room (and the entire hotel) was spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed the breakfast which had a huge selection and nice coffee. The wellness area and sauna were really good as well. Their wines are delicious, too. We are happy that we spent 2 nights here and will be back in the future.

Very quiet place. I arrived late at night when there was no one at reception, but the key of the room and the check-in form were waiting for me. I could use the sauna, I was alone, it was great after a long trip. Room size is much larger, than usual. The breakfast was nice. The staffs were very kind and smiling in the morning.

I extend my highest recommendation <3 IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION – THIS IS NOT A DEFECT I wish to inform anyone that air conditioning is not a standard feature in every room in the castle. In the main castle structure, air conditioning is exclusively available in the LOFT room (the other rooms in the castle are without air conditioning). Nevertheless, a separate building located immediately adjacent to the castle offers air conditioning in all its rooms.

The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was big, bright and the beds and linen were comfy. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the restaurant during our stay because it happened to be closed for the two days that we were there. I had eaten there the year before with my Aunt and Uncle who live in Schwanberg and can say that the meals are very tasty and the size is generous. The morning breakfast offerings were very good with something for everyone.
