She made an effort to speak to the children and give us key information. We actually got a room upgrade, which was lovely. The owner was there every day and we had a set table daily which was nice. Pool was a good size and temperature. There was a daily menu of the main meal. The room was big and had a balcony. The bathroom was ok, perfectly adequate. Location for the hotel is at the end of the village, but a perfect location for us. It takes 4-5 mins to walk into the village. Near the cable car lift, spar and cafes. The village is friendly. The hotel had a swimming pool and games room which the children liked. There was also a trampoline and rabbits outside. Staff friendly and helped when we asked. Amazing staff, comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed too. Room service is really good, towels are changed and cleaned well (only in one of the showers did I notice that they didn't clean the crumbs from the floor, but it wasn't terrible, maybe they didn't notice). We booked a room for two adults and two children and were given a connecting room with two bathrooms and a kitchen. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We opted for the half-board package and enjoyed the food. For such a small town in the alps, there was quite a lot going on in Niederau. There are several bars and restaurants, as well as a couple of supermarkets and to ski pistes, which are unfortunately not connected, but there is a bus between the two.Guest review byIanUnited Kingdom
