The BEST LOCATION EVER for ski in Austria!! This is a 5 star Hotel , with the most beautiful chalets!! We stayed in 306 . Clean , comfortable with excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good “ even with champagne “ The dinner “ 4 course “ was out of this world… compliments to the chef . The staff was very friendly and assisted us with everything!! Thank you for helping us with the ski hire… excellent!!! The spa with the amazing pool , took our breath away!! Wish we could go back tomorrow!!

It's very close to Kitzsteinhorn, buss station on the other side of the road, so it's really great location. You will find everything you need there, good ski room, bar and restaurant, I did not need to go for shopping after skiing. It's a bit far from town center, so You may need to use car to get there, but if you are for hardcore skiing - it's a good place to stay.

Beautiful room, beautiful views and the loveliest people. I stayed 3 nights and will be back. The hotel is in the perfect location - overlooking the lake and a very short walk from the train station. Whilst the train line runs along the lakefront with the exception of a good train a couple of times a day I wasn’t disturbed by the noise - I actually liked sitting and watching the trains go by in addition to enjoying watching life on the lake. The hotel also provides a Summer Card which was brilliant - free local public transport, free boat trip round the lake and free lifts to the top of nearby mountains - such a bonus to have. Thank you Hotel Seehof for the loveliest few days.

-Summercard is a PLUS! Although we only stayed for one day, it saved us the cost of the hotel itself! Just a pity that we visited the High Reservoirs before knowing this, or the savings would be even more. -Breakfast -Room in general, with balcony, was well maintained and everything working. -Separate toilet and shower, is nice when staying with 3 people. -Plenty of parking space

Really glad I found this hotel. The room was spacious and really comfortable, the food was fantastic in the resto and for the breakfast, felt like home made, the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, they opened the Sauna for me in the morning even though it opens at 3pm. Highly recommend, I plan to bring back the family for a stay.

The best location of the hotel is directly on the lake with its own beach. The view from the window to the lake is amazing. Immediately extended the stay in the hotel to stay here for one more day. Delicious breakfasts and dinners in a restaurant with a view. Very kind receptionist.

Great location and view of the lake, but wished we had booked a room with a balcony and view. Room and facilities were very clean. A bit impersonal as there was no staff in the evening but overall great stay.

Great authentic Austrian building with space to spare.

Great authentic Austrian building with space to spare. Don't expect modern but this adds to the charm of the place. Property was well equipped with everything that we needed. Easy parking and access to the building. All conveniences close by or a short drive away. Stunning views from the balcony and all round great place to stay.

Great for family vacation.

Great for family vacation. Lot of playgrounds and other attractions. Free public transport for guests. We visit (with great success): - Schmidolin’s Adventure World on Schittenhöhe, - Wildpark Ferleiten, - Grossglockner High Alpine Road, and a bit further away: - Krimmel Watterfalls, - Slide Path in the Wildkogel, - Alpentherme in Bad Hofgastein.

Calm little village with perfect location as starting point...

Calm little village with perfect location as starting point for skiing in 3 ski resorts included in Saalbach SkiCircus. Nothing to do in the evening, so it's not for the night life, but I did saw one night club with young people going out late, and the is Zell am See 8 minutes by car! There is also SPAR market in the center.

Stayed at ever grün KAPRUN and the experience was absolutely amazing! Everything was excellent — the staff were super friendly, the food was delicious, and both breakfast and dinner were served as a well-organized buffet. The place was clean with breathtaking views. An excellent place to visit. Beautiful scenery. Loads to see and do. Lovely food. Would advise when booking accommodation that you book somewhere that includes the summer card as this gives you free access to all the gondolas in the area and free travel on local buses and trains plus discounted entry to many activities and saves you a lot of money.

A place with beautiful views and easy access from the main road, close to ski slopes, but you need a car to get there. Breakfast was in the room, but dinner was out at diverse restaurants. You can eat at a local restaurant, very friendly and good food or in Zell am See where we found a lot of different types of restaurants. Piesendorf is easy to walk through and this is one part that I liked that you can walk even during the winter time in fresh air and you can stop at the café/bakery for a cake and a coffee and enjoy the local little village atmosphere. it was great! During the day you can ski, walk or just seat in the cafe. Its great!

We choose Alp Haus because of its location at the start of the Grossglockner Road. The property has plenty of secure parking and like us the owners have classic Volkswagens so we felt that they understood our needs perfectly. The house itself is a tradiional building with flowers on the balconies and a large garden. The flat was very spacious and the views of mountains all around are stunning. There are so many things to do and see within an hours drive and all of the scenery along the way is breathtaking. One of the highlights was driving the car to Bad Fusch which was reccomeneded by the owners. We just didnt have enough time to do everything so we will be coming back next year for a longer stay! We wouls also like to thank Nikki and Danny for being such attentive hosts and making such good suggestions.

Excellent Relaxing Place and quite city with great natural views and interesting entertainment Kaprun city is ver admirable Tourest city , However the supermarkets and other shopping are are closing very early and meeting the Tourists desires This to be really addressed by Austrian Government to utilise their facilities efficiently and bring more tourists to there country like others worldwide Tourists attract cites and increase city economy as well
