I couldn't have dreamed of a better surprise. The best birthday ever! Seriously. The stay in Les Bains de Spa was the time of my life. And I've been to many different places all over the world. Very well prepared for our arrival, as well as aware of my birthday. Thank You very much for the birthday gift! The Staff is one of the best in the entire world. Very welcoming, very friendly, very open minded, very understanding, very kind, very thoughtful, very worldly, very versatile, very careful, very caring, very classy. Especially the young front man from the reception, the elderly gentleman from the bar/restaurant and the lovely valet. The building of the hotel is phenomenal, worth visiting and admiring. It deserves for every one of each compliments. After entering it, you won't want to leave it. A real piece of history. The spa and its Ladies are out of this world. I felt well groomed and pampered. A true feast for both, the body and the mind. It was like a luxurious journey through time. It's official. No matter where in the world I live, I will always come here for my birthday. The decoration of the property, its own charm of an old farm turned into a hotel, the surroundings and the same property are incredibly beautiful. The Staff of the hotel is very very kind and helpful, we talked with the Chef and Manager of the hotel for a couple of hours, we also had a tour around where he explained us a bit of the story of the hotel. I highly recommend to have dinner in the hotel, the food was a masterpiece, I had an amazing juicy steak with Vegetables, it was perfectly cooked, and I would say, it was one of the best steaks I've had. The breakfast on the next day was also fantastic, with real bread that you can tell it is not your average industrial made bread It really gives you the feeling of a family run hotel and not "just a hotel" Definitely I'll look for another excuse to stay here.

I like most that we were given a room before the official check-out time. We left Germany very early to see more of the city. I think that it was so kind to do that. The staff who attended to our check-in arrangement was very polite, swift and very helpful, too. I told my husband that we will only stay in this hotel whenever we are in Liege.

    The food and bread was MOLDY! All plastic food containers are from host his own fridge with broken plastic trays, milk chocopasta and juice bottles are opened and already used. Host is very rude and tells you to take your shoes off and lower the temperature before you go to sleep and when you leave. and the accommodation is really dirty! UNBELIEVABLE! Please don't go there!

    Such a nice place in a peaceful location with a good service. Hotel lays in the middle of forest, couldn't be closer to the nature. What's more swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and lot of other attractions are included in the price. Perfect place for long weekend for the whole family and for a couple too.     Liege was disappointing. It was untidy with a scruffy feel. Many homeless people and drug taking in plain sight. Much of the riverfront area was roadworks do forced to walk in the backstreets, which did not feel very safe. Too many people just hanging around. Such a disappointment.

    Excellent and clean spa, sauna and steam room. It’s not as awesome as the Caracalla Therme in Baden Baden, but it makes up for it in scenic beauty and atmosphere. The staff is multilingual and speaks French, Dutch, German and English.

    We were just passing through and only staying one night so we didn't really see Malmedy at all. However, the apartment was very Beautiful and clean and airy and bright and the location was very good, being about 1 km outside the town up on the hill in the countryside

    Francorchamps is a very small town (village). There isn't much to see or do but we were there for the Formula 1 so there was a good atmosphere and sufficient bars/restaurants to have a good variety.

    A beautiful area.

    A beautiful area. I was traveling by bicycle and the area had abundant smooth, safe bike paths. Good restaurants, shopping, historical sites. I was traveling alone, but I want to bring my wife to Stavelot. I highly recommend seeing/staying/eating/shopping in Stavelot.

    The Waimes Area of villages near to the Hautes Fagnes is okay but we prefer the other side of the border; Eifel. The villages are nicer and the facilities better (shops, supermarkets, points of interests) We had a lot of snow so the Hautes Fagnes were beautiful! In Spring or autumn we would prefer the Eifel for a better landscape withmore diversity and valleys, mountains. A combination is perfect.

    Cannot truthfully give one. That is not a negative review. We went to a nearby town to find a restaurant which was fine when we had a meal at 20.00hrs approximately. Although in Belgium the feel of the place was reminiscent of Germany. The clue is in the name I guess.

    Far nicer towns to visit than Liège and at the moment there are building works everywhere which detracts. Good choice if restaurants although a number of appear to be closed in a Tuesday do best check/book in advance.

    A quaint little town in Brussels. Even with the Grand Prix nearby, it was never too crowded or noisy. We visited the Cathedrale Saint Pierre, and then explored the nearby Plaza which had small local restaurants surrounding it. Despite its size, they had complete amenities and facilities for tourists -- supermarkets, laundromats.
