I have been to different countries and stayed at various hotels. This hotel was the cleanest and the most comfortable with a stunning view and great, extremely hospitable, welcoming owners. If you plan to visit Rudozem, this is the hotel that you should definetly stay at. It is in a couple of walking distance to the Town Center and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for about 8 nights and each day I felt so much rested and refreshed.

The location is truly amazing! I think the pictures can’t show the full beauty of the view. The area also is beautiful. Make sure to visit the city Zlatograd that is very close. Also Greek beaches are 2 hours away. Awesome location! The staff was very friendly and kind all the time. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, I can’t stress this enough!

    We had an absolutely fabulous stay. Our room was spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view from our balcony was amazing! Also the staff was very nice and the varying homemade bulgarian breakfast was delicious. I can definitely recommend to spend some days in the Guest House Panorama and enjoy the peacefullness of Gela.

    This hotel is great, spa was good and the staff really polite. It is really clean and well maintained. The fact that there are 2 SPA centers and children are not allowed in one of those is an excellent idea. ( I have 2 children). The size of the apartment was actually bigger than expected.

    In the last 7 years I have only been skiing in Bulgaria,...

    In the last 7 years I have only been skiing in Bulgaria, although there are beautiful ski areas in Romania as well. Until this year I have only been to Borovets and Bansko. I think Pamporovo is very suitable for any level of skiing and even more attractive than the other resorts mentioned. 1st place - Pamporovo!

    It is an amazing quiet place in the mountain. I like visiting in the summer because of the views and hiking opportunities. I prefer staying in areas like Smolyan Lakes rather than the town or Pamporovo as I like to be far from people. There are a lot of hikes and places to visit (with car, short hikes and long ones). A lot of beautiful views.

    Good location near centre. a bit challenging to locate or contact host. Key required to enter or exit main door - a safety concern. Lots of ventilation and clean unit. Kitchen is a bit sparse, limted to a frying pan.

    Amazing place: the Koprivštica (Копривщица) of the Rhodopi...

    Amazing place: the Koprivštica (Копривщица) of the Rhodopi is a great source of historical culture and of special food ( as the hot bread you can buy on the road to the Ethnographic Park) and drinks ( the traditional old style coffee) . The Delyu voyvoda museum is extremely interesting and worth a visit.

    Dospat is a very small town.

    Dospat is a very small town. There is a bank with an atm, a few supermarkets with most things, and a few restaurants. Our favorite was Ресторант-градина Орфей- which has excellent food and was open until 11pm (other places closed before 8pm). The family that runs it is very kind and friendly and their food is delicious and affordable.

    We visited the cave Devil's throat, there, the herb garden at the hotel is beautiful. There is a bear museum which we failed to visit but worth doing it since on the same ground. Next day we did the Eagle's eye platform and Yagodinska cave. About the hotel: The balcony overlooks the river which was an amazing feature, very relaxing, staff is so friendly, breakfast was excellent. Also for families travelling with a car, the parking spot next to the building is so convenient. It is an excellent place to visit for the weekend with a kids. The restaurant has a very nice outside patio and inside space to enjoy traditional Bulgarian dishes they offer. My only suggestion would be to provide brochures for other local attractions.

    The hotel building was good.

    The hotel building was good. The spa was very small and inadequate. The restaurant was very, very bad. All the food was either stale food in the microwave or ready-made frozen food (pizza). The grilled meat dish had a very bad smell, we couldn't eat it. It was an off-season stay. You shouldn't use the restaurant in off-season stays. It was far from the center and restaurants.

    Wonderful resort for snowboarding / skiing , especially for families with kids. The ski slopes are suitable for all levels of skiiers / snowboarders. The lifts are not very busy during the week. Generally exepcional place for skiing.

    It was not my first time in Smolyan but my first time coming...

    It was not my first time in Smolyan but my first time coming here alone. I have been mostly in warmer months but I have enjoyed some nice weather as well - I managed to do some proper hiking - going to the Nevyastata area and to the Waterfalls Canyon, as well as exploring the Old Town and the New City center. I should confess that the length of the town is quite challenging even for a person who enjoys walking. I had to take a taxi to go to the Nevyastata but I walked back and it took me more than 2 hours. It was worth it though. I would definitely recommend the restaurant Bulgarche.

    Strulitsa Eco-path, the water falls and nature!!!. Many options for food near the Bus station. It is also close to the other villages that have other eco-paths as well, though the schedules are limited, you will need to plan unless you own a car
