We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location is stunning, perched on top of a mountain. In the summer, it’s pleasantly cool up there, while the valley below was quite hot. The owner is very nice and always willing to help or think along if you have a small request. For Swiss standards, it’s also reasonably priced.

The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people. Beautiful location in the lakeside. Very characterful architecture in Swiss chalet style. Very helpful and welcoming staff throughout and even the owners had time to talk despite their busy days. Very well arranged outside restaurant terrace to eat with the staff adjusting the sunshade umbrellas to keep the sun off our faces during dinner. Excellent quality dinner of fresh local fish cooked by the Owner chef....delicious!!. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom with huge balcony overlooking the lake. Clean and very well equipped bedroom and ensuite. Good spacious carpark.

The nice owners of Hotel Rossli were very kind and really made us feel at home. The food is homemade and fresh from the kitchen made by the owner herself. It was truly a great stay where we slept like a rose. It was clean and easy to reach by car. Oh man, I will definitely come back when visiting the Brienz area in Switzerland.

We loved everything about the hotel. First thing to know — it is located on the first station Bort of the same gondola that goes up to the First. The biggest advantage of the hotel's location is that it has a direct open view on Eiger and Grindelwald. You literally feel like a bird. The view from the window and a little area with loungers in front of our room were breathtaking. Literally, no words can describe this view. Staying at the hotel was already a gem of the trip. The breakfast was very nice. Everything was tasty, the restaurant interior is cozy. We loved it.
