We supposed to stay only one night in Brienz and choose the hotel close to the train/bus station. We arrived late in the evening at the end of rainy day, quite tired, but were nicely cared by a kind and considerate hosts of the hotel. We have got a Swiss style homely corner room with lake and mountain view and lovely balcony. It was clean and sufficiently quiet, with good sleep. Breakfast was simple but tasty and enough to continue enjoying the gougeous Brienz. Thank you so much for owners of the hotel for a nice stay! Good luck with your business! We will definitely come back.

Amazing. The staff was very kind to us. The breakfast was delicious and quite complete. The restaurant has good options for lunch and dinner. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is one of the best in Switzerland. If you have a reservation in Iseltwald, you can request the Interlaken Guest Card, which allows you to take the bus for free and gives you discounts on activities like boat tickets, for example.

First of all the owners of the hotel are so kind and very helpful. Although the hotel is not a 5 star hotel the service is excellent. The hotel is normally a kind of traditional building so you can feel the warmness on the soul. It was a great chance to enjoy the view of Brienze lake every morning and evening. The breakfast especially the coffee served in the breakfast is wonderfull. The owners clean the rooms everyday. Therefore there is no hesitation on hygine. The location is perfect 3 minutes to the station. We didnot need to drive for 5 days and went everywhere by public transportation.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. Situated right next to the boat stop, only a few meters from the little boat Dock featured in k-drama Crash landing on you, our room had its own little terrace and view over the lake and the mountains. Very comfortable beds, large room. Excellent food in the restaurant, the "Crash landing on you" plate was the best fish and chips my daughter had ever eaten

Everything. It is a beautiful resort hotel.Awesome view of Brienz lake. Beautiful room with lake view balcony. To top it all a sauna in balcony facing lake. Staff is super courteous and helpful. They helped with pickup when I informed them of me having heavy luggages. They have good restaurant with variety of food.
