We really love the view from our Room and the breakfast table, it's very calming to see the mountains, the lake, the bird tweet. They are also very friendly to explain all of the things during our stays and luckily the room was already available when we arrived there, so we can get early check-in from them. The bus stops and the Train Stations are very close to the hotel, so it is easy to go anywhere. I think this is one of the best hotels during our trip in Europe. Thanks for the hospitality!

Everything is perfect! We arrived late around 8:00 p.m at Interlaken West, it was not far away from the train station and it was easy to find. The room was neat and clean and had everything we need, even disposable dish and cups, which was really considerate for tourists who wanted to buy food from supermarkets. The owner was really nice and helpful and I really enjoyed my two-day-stay in this inn!

Our stay at the apartment was truly wonderful — we spent unforgettable days there, thanks to the beautiful view of the river and the apartment’s strategic location in the heart of Interlaken, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The host was always in touch, very responsive, and extremely helpful. The property also has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating, a section for electronic games, and refrigerators stocked with daily essentials like milk, eggs, and more.     It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

    The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very calm and kind, greeted me well, and I asked for a copy, but it was nice that they were willing to do it. Also, I asked for a room cleaning, but you did it neatly. I left my tip behind and I was also surprised that the tip didn't take it with me as if it had been taught not to take a tip Anyway, I've been doing well.

    Great location overlooking the lake. Bus into Interlaken is at the front door and also a 2 minute walk. I had a room looking out over the lake which was roomy and had plenty of natural light. The breakfast was excellent hot and cold buffet. Dinner menus excellent at an additional cost. The host Sandra is very friendly and helpful with information.

    This is a unique place, with a nice vibe, staff, equipment and nice clean territory. We stayed in glamping, with our own parking spot. You can stay with your tent, or mobile home. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I made a mistake in a booking (wrong month) and they resolved my issue without any problem. Totally I recommend to stay.

    We absolutely love the location and the room. The hotel is by the lake and the view is amazing. The hotel also provides free boat and bus passes and there’s a dock right infront of the hotel where the boat will take you to Interlaken West. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

    Brienz is easy to approach from interlaken by train or car. Brienz lake view, cruise journey from Brienz to Iseltwald, interlaken was awesome. Brienz Rothorn train ride is amazing and unforgettable and the views of Brienz lake from top of mountains were Marvellous. I would suggest everyone who wants to explore Lautterbrunnen, Grindelwald, harder Kulm please come, stay and visit Brienz.

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

    A great place to sleep if you wanted to visit Interlaken and all the other attractions in the Jungfrau Region :-) The transportation is pretty easy - you have a bus i12 minute-ride, a train 4-7 minutes, and a ferry to Interlaken. The place is not busy, therefore you can relax there more. There are some amazing hotels by the lake, such as Brienzesee Hotel - amazing!!! It is a great starting point to all other villages and cities.

    Beautiful little town.

    Beautiful little town. Lake brienz cruise is the perfect start to the trip. Can't visit the waterfalls around the lake or just walk along the promenade. We were lucky to be there on 1 August - swiss national day. Got to see fireworks at the lake. Beautiful sight at night!

    t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

    Bönigen is lovely as it’s quiet and peaceful but it’s very easy to get to Interlaken centre to do day trips in the area. There is plenty to do also right in Bonigen there are lots of water activities and trails. It’s beautiful the lake is stunning. We did not have a car this house is fully accessible by public transport and food can be bought in the local shops or the big supermarket in Interlaken Ost the station you will pass through when you make any trips outside Bonigen.

The villa is incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms that offered plenty of space to relax. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and hygienic, which was a big plus for me. You could tell the owners put a lot of effort into maintaining the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this villa offers everything you need for a memorable experience. Place, villa, cleanliness, location, hospitality. The view from the villa is scenic, mountains with snow. Self-cooking facility is there, outside dining area is really awesome. Big Bedrooms, Clean and hygienic bathrooms.

    We loved the trip to top of Jungfrau fabulous experience...

    We loved the trip to top of Jungfrau fabulous experience also Harder Kulm by the funicular and another brilliant trip was to Schynige Platte by cog railway which was brilliant. We also visited the Ballenberg open air museum which was very interesting and took us all day to go around it. Interlaken is a good central location for visiting the area
