I had an amazing stay at Riders Hotel in Laax, and I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere is a perfect blend of modern, stylish, and cozy, making it an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. The rooms are well-designed, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service at the reception. The ladies at the front desk were simply incredible – always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to assist with anything. Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all that Laax has to offer. If you’re looking for a place where great hospitality meets a vibrant and stylish setting, Riders Hotel is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning! Huge thanks to the incredible Team!

This hotel is tall: nice and helpful people at reception, large, quiet and very clean rooms with amazing views to mountains, very good beds and balcony, a rich breakfast and very good meals in the restaurant, which has a beautiful terrasse. The hotel is situated centrally in Flims, by bus - price included- we were in a few minutes to the lake. Thank you a lot for everything!

Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.

Our two-night stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. The "Soldanella" rooms are connected to the Hotel Adula by a short underground passageway, which is about a 2-3 minute walk at most, so in our opinion this can be counted like any other room in the hotel. - Bedroom was of a good size. The sofas and balconys were welcome additions. - Bedding was of exceptional quality. - Bedroom temperature was good, not too hot or too cold. - Reception staff were efficient and spoke good english. We arrived early and the bedroom wasn't available, the reception arranged for the staff to take our luggage to the room later without us event having to request it! - The spa/wellness area was great, with a large indoor pool and also good size outdoor jacuzzi/hot-tub pool. - Breakfast was varied and of good quality, even though the hotel was "fully booked" it never felt too busy or crowded. - The ski-minibus shuttle service was very efficient with pickups outside the ski room to directly to the lift station (and reverse). When booking, we thought that this may have been a gimmic, but were very impressed by the frequent service. - Getting to the hotel is very easy as it is convinently located a few minutes walk away from the post-bus stop with express busses to Chur for onward travel to Zurich.

The hotel is lovely, clean, the room was cozy and nicely prepared. Breakfast was very nice, full of options. Skiroom available. The staff was very attentive to my and other guests' needs. Renovated and clean rooms. Good WiFi. Knowledgeable team about food allergies. Lots of gluten and lactose-free options for breakfast. Very helpful reception team. Close proximity to Flem Xpress and Arena Express - only 3 minutes on foot. Greatly recommended for keen skiers and snowboarders. A'la carte menu in Bellevue restaurant is great. For sure I will come back.

This was our second stay here as it is a lovely comfortable hotel for a week’s ski holiday. The staff are all very friendly and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. Great breakfast and a regular shuttle to the Flims cable car. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight.

Love the facilities for mountain biking and they are only going to get better. Everything is to hand, loads of car parking, supermarket, excellent bike hire facilities, bar near by. Seems great for families (I travelled alone but folk seemed to be having a great time). Safe and secure area.

Nice ski resort, but like all very weather dependent. We were unlucky with pretty heavy winds and half of LAAX ski area was closed down (however same ticket price, no deduction) and we ended up spending most of the time in queuing for the ski lifts

Great place for hikers and bikers.

Great place for hikers and bikers. Cable car or Post Bus takes you all the way to the top of the mountains from where you can either bike down or hike down back to the Flims town. Caumasee is a must visit and is only 5 minutes Bus ride and 10 minutes walk from this property.

As a matter of fact every thing was fine and there is no complaining. - resturants were very close to us - Mostly I enjoy the atmospher and I don't remeber what we eat, mostly remember how many good beer I had :) - The Flims are was so clean and saftly you can walk around without any problem - Shopping and Telecabine
