I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

I had an incredible 5-day stay at the Beau-Rivage, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The hotel’s location is amazing — close to everything yet peaceful, with a stunning view that made every morning special. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. You can really feel the care and attention the team puts into every detail. A huge thank you to Sevenja and Luca — both were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The rest of the team was just as wonderful — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel at home. It’s rare to find a place that combines such elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality, and Beau-Rivage does it perfectly. I left with great memories and can’t wait to come back again soon. The hotel has a high overall score; Beautiful viewing platform; Free afternoon tea; Infinity pool; There are many places for guests to relax, and they will never feel bored. Restaurant, front desk service staff is very friendly, patient answer. Except for the young, round-faced lady at the front desk (who loves braiding braids); I suspect that she has racial discrimination, which is very inconsistent with the overall harmonious atmosphere of the hotel. One second, she is still smiling, and when she sees Asian guests, she is crying. For such a nice hotel, I was surprised to have this kind of problem. I wonder what happened to her? ! This makes me feel racist!

This hotel is the best valued for money hotel in Interlaken. The reception staff were so helpful and cheerful during check in. Our apartment room (which is mountain view) is spacious and has 180 degrees of the mountain and the city. We dined at the restaurant twice and the staff were so good and the food was five stars. Breakfast was also good with good selection range.

The hotel is just amazing as it shows in the photos, the room with balcony has a stunning view in the morning when the sun rises, the mattress is so comfortable that I slept so well. The spa facilities just in the lake, after a hot spa and sauna you can step in the lake from the stairs directly, this is amazing. Strongly recommended!

Picturesque location right on the lake front with lots of restaurants close by. Easy parking and friendly helpful staff and easy check in. Big room with plenty of space and two balconies overlooking the lake as well as the park at the side of the hotel. Well stocked and varied breakfast with delicious food.

We were there for a quick trip, ostensibly to go to Jungfraujoch, which was a fantastic day trip. We spend the other day exploring Interlaken, which is such a gorgeous town, and going up Harder Kulm to the lookout.

Dinner on the lake, afternoon tea at Schloss Schadau, downtown area by the river. plenty of scenic side trips like the funicular up the Neisen and the Thunerseespiele (musical presented in an outdoor theater overlooking the lake) and plenty of other things to se and do

Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

It has the best location and beautiful scenic views to offer, with peace and calmness. The apartment is quite old but was clean and has comfy beds.We only stayed there for one night but will remember the lovely views of the lake from the kitchen window .

Oberhofen is fantastically located, especially for a hiking holiday – it is a quiet, charming village with excellent boat and bus connections to Thun and Interlaken. There are several very nice restaurants and bars, some right on the lake with magnificent views.

An Amazing view with best panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Plus bonus view of the dears grassing in the early hours. The chalet have everything you need at top quality. Do not miss the nearby easy hike with wonderful views of the woods, fields and lake. It’s an experience to treasure. The chalet is Easy accessible and near all what you need . The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the...

The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the wonderful spa treatments, the delicious food and excellent waiters and waitresses, the ease of transport by bus or boat (free bus ticket provided plus discounts on activities in the area)..... the list goes on and on. Most importantly we came home relaxed and rejuvenated from this lovely experience.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.
