Everything. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Herr Obermeyer and Julia were the nicest people I ever dealt with at ANY hotel worldwide - seriously! The location of the hotel is unique and the view from our room was simply spectacular. A delicious breakfast was served on the patio including lake view as well :) Beds were clean and comfortable. A Nespresso machine and 2 bottles of water daily was a very nice „to have“ in the room.

The location in Thalwil was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of relatives we were visiting. The hotel was modern, with stylish, generous sized rooms, extremely clean and with good amenities and situated right next to beautiful Lake Zurich with Thalwil's main railway station right across the street. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and housekeeping prompt and inconspicuous. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't eat there.

The location was wonderful. A view of the Zürisee, near the train station, but not so near that you could hear the trains. A delicious breakfast included in the price of the booking.

Situated right next to Wädenswil Train Station, a 30-minute train ride from Zurich, Hotel Engel am Bahnhof offers free WiFi. The restaurant overlooks Lake Zurich and serves Swiss and Italian cuisine.

Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

I love the service, attitude, positivity of the front desk staff as well as the staff who helped to carry our luggage and welcomed us the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. They exceeded my expectations! This is such as nice place to stay in Zürich. The environment is entirely different from that near the Zurich Main Train Station. The room design is modern, v clean. The kitchen utensils were all of high quality, vv clean as well. Totally no issue for a clean freak like me. They even provided chauffeur service from hotel to the nearest train station. Service was just ups!! From the start till the end. Will definitely stay here again, if I go Thalwil!
