Cozy place with beautiful panorama on Alps. Room was clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was full of tasty local products ( especially regional cheeses- La gruyere and Raclette or milky yogurt ). Hotel provides also restaurant with local cusine and home made wine ( my favourite - Pinot Noir ). The area around has a lot to offer - my choice was to see Matterhorn from Zermatt. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Staff was very hospitable. A bit challenging to communicate in English, but somehow managed to deal with them in half German, half English :-) They do have in the corridors shoes dryers - which was a huge bonus after a rainy day! Room - good size and clean with quite nice view into the village and mountains.

We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).
