The whole process was a breeze, from booking our dates, arriving in Aitutaki, checking in, escorted to our room.. And I must say the rooms, wwwooww.. Staffs are so lovely and welcoming... Thank you Andrew for picking us up.. Awesome service Tava'e staff....

We stayed in Villa 100 , on beachfront which we were so impressed with. It was huge !. Had its own private entrance onto beach right by lagoon , a front open lounge / dining area with roof , that looked out on stunning views of lagoon and beach : no other thatched cottages/ villas either side , so very private. Next to pool . Kitchenette area was well stocked with coffee machine , fridge , freezer , electric plug in hob , basic kitchen equipment. Bedroom was huge , with great air con and also ceiling fans , with very large double shower ensuite and separate toilet. The ambience of the resort is very friendly , all staff in restaurant were lovely . Food is exceptional at night and at breakfast. Options to walk down beach from here to other resort bars if needed. Their Cultural Island Feast with dancing performance & music was incredible . A huge buffet to help yourself from and live music , Polynesian local dancing. We loved staying at Tamaru . The Manager checked on everyone staying which was great customer service. Highly recommend this place .

The chefs truly outdid themselves, and I found myself eagerly anticipating each meal. The view and nature at Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort were simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear turquoise waters of the lagoon, dotted with overwater bungalows, created a mesmerizing panorama. The resort's location on a private island ensured a peaceful and serene atmosphere, providing ample opportunities to immerse myself in the beauty of nature. Whether it was lounging on the beach or exploring the island's tropical foliage, every moment was an escape into paradise. Above all, the resort offered the perfect environment to relax and unwind. I spent my days lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, and taking leisurely strolls along the shore. It was an oasis of tranquility where I could forget about the outside world and simply revel in the beauty and luxury that surrounded me. Without a doubt, Aitutaki Lagoon Private Island Resort is a slice of heaven on earth, and I can't wait to return for another rejuvenating and blissful getaway.

We hired a scooter from a local rental company (Rino’s is best) which allowed us easy access to this stunning property, located in one of the most amazing parts of the island! The house is modern, clean, quiet, and has stunning views. We watched whales from the deck, ate pawpaw fresh from the trees. Our hosts (Simon and Ura) picked us up from the airport and saw us off at the end. Their hospitality during our stay was amazing. They remained in contact to make sure we were happy and assisted us with local recommendations and bookings as well. Absolutely recommend.

The staff , rooms were lovely excellent place . Breakfast was delicious and generous.

Loved the view, location and staff

Location was out of this world beautiful. White sand, gorgeous palms, turquoise water. Wonderful fresh local breakfast, sweet staff, beautiful room with ability to cook in. Super clean, easy parking.

A real paradise in Aitutaki . Matthias ll provide everything you need for a wonderful stay near the beautiful beach and lagoon . Rooms/huts are really special and very comfy . You can go with Matthias who knows every places in the lagoon for snorkelling in the middle of Napoleon's Fish , turtles and corals . What an extraordinary adventure !
