The owner takes care. After a technical room-problem, I immediately was offered another room. When leaving the hotel, I forgot 2 ties and the hotel kept it for 3 weeks until my return.

Everything was brilliant. The host Samuel is a cool guy, and very transparent and welcoming. The location is central, in a residential area, with easy access to most things. There are some shops nearby. It is the best all round property I have found so far and I will definitely use again.
