The hotel was in a good location and had all the facilities expected of a modern hotel. However the staff were exceptional. You were always greeted with a smile and every interaction was concluded positively. This year we have travelled through North America and Europe and the staff at this hotel were the best we experienced.

It was our Best stay in city hotel (and we travel a lot!!!!!!) Beautiful area of the city. View magnificent. Cool design. Oasis of calm in one of the busiest parts of town. Close to everything. Super clean. Breakfast variety in best quality. Free coffee and tea served all day in the lounge with a big and warm smile. Above all, the people working, are trying their best for guests to have a good time. Bonus for us was the SANTA LUCIA parade under our room windows. Final, about the hotel's atmosphere: is not something you can see or count, it comes from the people's feeling about their work and in this hotel is top. Special thanks to Myriam for making our stay exceptional. For sure you will see us again.

The location of this hotel is just perfect. It is situated outside the city center in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the metro, so you can reach the city center within a few minutes. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

We stayed for our marriage (Copenhagen town hall) and the staff went above and beyond for us. including complimentary champagne and sweets in our room on the night of the weeding. The facilities themselves are beautiful and full of character, the location couldn't be better, and not to mention the added benefits of the daily Tivoli passes, bike hire and a wonderful rooftop bar all of which we utilized during our stay. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel, it truly played a part in our wonderful Copenhagen experience.

    Met expectations of a large hotel. Impressed with the chance to book side by side rooms which were very clean. Comfortable beds. It was very quiet and little disturbance from other patrons. Our room was warm and nice to come back to after a cold day out. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The Tivoli Gardens theme was obvious throughout. Would highly recommend. Pleasantly surprised we weren’t upsold on breakfast. Didn’t try many facilities other than the bistro. No time for a sauna or swim.

    fantastic place, 5 mins walk from main attractions. Very comfortable, incredible breakfasts. The staff were great, nothing was too much for them. we just loved it and felt very at home. We'd go out walking around for 6 or 7 hours around the city , museums etc.. and get back for an evening glass of wine on the house. So, a big, big thank you to all of them. If you're thinking of staying here, just book it and don't forget to book the breakfast.

    It dark in these time of the year, but it is a great and green place. Friendly people and possibly nice path for recreations. I were business there though. I would say the staff in the 7 eleven at the station I do like the best, however at late card terminal may not be operation. Feeling safe.

    The hotel is clean and very close to the train station so, it was very easy to get to central station which gives you access to all the trains that will get you to where you want to go. You can catch a train direct from the airport to Tastrup train station and walk less than 5 minutes to the hotel.

    Very clean, newly renovated, quiet. The room well appointed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is in a small shopping area with a supermarket,small restaurants and every convenience very close. It’s a bit out of the city centre, so maybe not ideal if you are sightseeing in Copenhagen, but it’s on a bus line. My only small gripe- the pillows were small and we could have used two each and the winter bedcovers were too warm for June. Otherwise a great hotel where we will definitely stay again.

    It's a quiet hotel, even though it's on a busy road. The guests room are in a wing off the back, where it's nice and quiet. Breakfast was good though coffee disappointing, compared to other hotels we've used in Europe. We would stay again

    I just need at quiet place to rest, wasn't on sightseeing... I'm not specifically interested in Ballerup at this moment... And therefore it was a bit annoying that the house was so noisy - late at night as well as early morning... The staircase especially was making a lot of noise.. It made me feel nervous that somebody was coming down to me - a lot of times...( I was in basement! ) I couldn't open a window either, just the door if I wanted some fresh air, and that wasn't very nice either... The room (s) were too big and 'spread out' in different 'sections', and that wasn't cozy in my eyes...There wasn't a 'night-lamp' near the bed that worked, only a lot of spot lights in the ceiling... Not that cozy even if the volume could be turned down... The man of the house seemed very nice, I met him on the way to the house, - as I was asking for advice concerning some road-maintenance obstacles that were in my way to get to the house. So they are most likely were nice people ... But I guess a big part of my disapointment comes from the fact that this stay was more expensive than a night in Hotel Zleep - also in Ballerup, 3 weeks ago...There I had a quiet room, no sound from the building, view to a lake, nice bed, a window I could open, GREAT BREAKFAST INCLUDED, everything clean and everything easy and flexible in terms of checking in and out etc. Much easier and more comfortable for me... So I will chose that next time...

Expensive parking, no way to pay for it unless you download a local app (which asks you to disclose half your life while all you want is 15min of parking space)... Prohibited parking spots are unclear to the non danish. Better be careful where you leave your car. People are kind of cold, the usual, same as Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland... Hotels are expensive, and not always up to standards. Waiters are easily annoyed by questions or if you take time to choose. Had a couple of warmer encounters outside town, and spotted a couple of streets in the city center (near Magasins du Nord) that seemed appealing, with designer shops and restaurants. Will give it another chance some day when I have more time to visit Tivoli and all, but first contact was meh. Had more fun outside of Copehagen... Great countryside.

    Location and the grounds is very nice. The breakfast is ok but served between 7-9am. Room was big but outdated. TV has few channel and no bluetooth. Two person bed was separate spring mattresses that kept drifting apart. Bathroom is not up to standards for this kind of location and price range. Its a conference hotel more than it should be.     Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need.

    Ballerup it self is a suburb that has everything you need. The bus connections are good, they are frequent and it only takes around 35 min by train from Copenhagen central station, path to walk and bike are well made to everywhere.
