This is a wonderful hotel in a superb setting. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were delightful, the grounds are immaculate and the decor is beautiful - a 'Rocky Mountain' style lodge hotel in sunny Spain with the picturesque Pyrenees in the background. The food was all delicious, both the evening meal prepared by an excellent chef, and the plentiful breakfast. I have to eat gluten free and was well provided for, not always the case.

Everything about this place was as expected and more. Staff were amazing since check-in. All the commodities in the room were there. Clan and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good lots of options worth it. Parking it’s possible all around the hotel. Reception and lounge areas are very good.

All the surroundings. We liked the spa. Massage was ok. The hotel staff was helpful.. Spa staff was kind but did not know the exact information when we asked for it. One receptionist told us one thing and the other another when we asked about massage.

    It was like staying in a fairytale. A small hotel, in a small village, located on a beautiful lake. The owners were delightful in every way, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Their recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants were excellent, as was the home cooking within the hotel. A wonderful and unique stay that was pure joy.

    Staff were very friendly and so welcoming and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi although could do with a decor upgrade were such a lovely facility to have the use of. Roto breakfast area and outdoor area so lovely. Beautiful furniture pieces and old ski photos around the hotel. Nice size bathroom. Great selection of food for breakfast.

    We came here in the summer. It’s a lovely hotel. Would love to come back during ski season. The pool was nice but small and had a good jacuzzi. The views were beautiful. There was also an excellent buffet dinner and breakfast.

    Small village with a mountainous feel.

    Small village with a mountainous feel. Easy to get around on foot. A river runs through it. Has some picturesque buildings and church. Ample free parking on the street, several bars and restaurants for the size of the village. Mainly frequented by visitors using it as a base for skiing, nature walks, cycling, etc. in the area.

    The weather in summer is nice, the view of mountains...

    The weather in summer is nice, the view of mountains stunning. after we went for hiking on top of the mountain using the cable car which was an incredible hiking trips (we saw lakes on top of mountains and wild cows and horses), after we went down. we have taken a bath in the cold river next to the cable car station, it was very refreshing after a long hiking activity.

    The hotel is ideally located and easy to find. Secure, covered parking was available for our motorcycles. The evening meal was delicious and reasonable priced. The room was very spacious with all usual amenities available. The booking process was very straightforward. All the staff were very helpful & welcoming.

    This is amazing place for hiking, skiing, trekking, alpine climbing and just enjoying local culture and food, there are plenty of outdoor activities to explore. Marvelous views of Lanuza lake. Paradise for mountain lovers.

    Sabiñanigo is very near Jaca, which has much more to offer.

    Sabiñanigo is very near Jaca, which has much more to offer. Jaca is bigger but not too big and is just as well palced for visiting the Pyrenees. Sabiñanigo does not have enough options for restaurants, bars etc

    Magnificent place!

    Magnificent place! Lots of little bars and restaurants in the village with a few other places nearby…fantastic walking , incredible location and views…..a fantastic place to spend 2 or 3 nights if you are en route to the sunny spots of Spain!…. Large outdoor pool in the village as well. The journey there from Pau on the French side of the Pyrenees is breath taking…a must do…. Not for a faint hearted driver though!….several very narrow parts with rock over hanging the road one side and huge drops on the other!…soon pans out into wide easy driving though with lots of parking places and views that will not be forgotten!

    No staff on arrival only contact was by mobile, key safe...

    No staff on arrival only contact was by mobile, key safe wrong code given, also said no code needed, phone went missing whilst out, no staff first thing in the morning to except payment or speak with regards my phone. The person on the phone was only interested in payment by cash, €60 euro charged on my card, €40 cash was requested, no receptionist to take payment, in all it's a youth hostel very basic beds and bathroom,hand towel not shower bath towel. Then with out any notice €60 taken though booking was €40 maximum.
