The staff was excellent! All of them were so normal and nice. The room was above our expectations, we got probably a bigger room because it was our honeymoon. Everything was 10/10. When we come again to Malaga we will stay in the same hotel 100%. And also if we go on holiday in any other city where this chain has a hotel we will stay in.

The perfectly planned architecture of the hotel welcomes you in a high ceiling entrance hall which at the same time offers privacy in the relax and dining area. My room offered a spectacular view of the surroundings which I enjoyed night and day, and even took home with me as my most treasured memory. Very friendly and competent staff, outgoing and discret at the same time, clean and comfortable facilities, excellent food - and please don't miss out on a copa de vino tinto de Ronda!!

Our night at this hotel was absolutely amazing. What a magical place! So well-maintained and truly unique. We stayed in room 100, and honestly— it was the best room we’ve ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, fresh, and that terrace… wow. The view from there was simply breathtaking. We used the pool area and loved it. Had lunch, dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and the service was just as fantastic as the food was delicious. Thank you for everything.

I would like to extend special thanks to the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly valued as guests. In particular, Sara Valente and Joana Medina were outstanding in their service and made a significant positive impact on our experience. Their dedication and exceptional hospitality were truly great.

Malaga has an integrated transport system and there was no need for us to use anything other than public transport. Even further out locations like Frigiliana and Torremolinos can be reached using public transport. The food is excellent and inexpensive, and the Spanish people are warm, friendly and welcoming.

Really enjoyed Torromolinos. Stayed at Sol Puerto marina. Most welcoming hotel we ever stayed in. Stones throw from marina so had full promenade right up to centre Toremolinos. Husband has hip issues so hired mobility scooter delivered to hotel ..he saw more of the resort than we did for years coming here. It's a safe beautiful place with great shops restaurants & most of all the sea views ...which cost nothing just peace.

The front was less lively than other resorts, but I don't want loads of British pubs and junk food eateries anyway, so a more relaxing experience. The old town is one of the best in Spain, with many narrow streets crammed with shops and restaurants. The town of Estepona is about an hour away on a bus, another nice town and front. If you want more livelier places, then Fuengirola is over an hour's away on a bus. You can get a boat to more upmarket Puerto Banus for around 20e return

It depends on when you go.

It depends on when you go. Town and surrounding area can be overrun with people. The last trip was in November and the weather for me was great, there were few crowds and everyone was much more calm. The town is a great central spot for seeing the area and you can do day trips to Malaga without much problem. The town itself has lots to offer if you hunt around there are some great places to eat and interesting sites to see. Walking is pretty easy but there are some uneven streets and hills. Nearby the Cueva de la Pileta was an interesting side trip as was The Cueva del Gato. The White Villages are all fun to explore. Meson Duquesa was a great spot for tapas on a sunny afternoon

You can find exactly what you want here.

You can find exactly what you want here. If you want the quiet life you can and take in some fantastic restaurants and bars. However if you want the night life you can head further into Fuengirola for that. I liked going out in the day and leaving the night life to the youngsters. Beaches are really nice and they are cleaned every night. You can find anything you want to do around the area, depending on how far you wish to travel.

A lovely village with so much character, great cafés and restaurants and plenty to see and do, especially off-season when you don't need the bustle and crowds by the seaside. Even without a car you can travel around the area and into Malaga on the local trains and busses. Solo travellers can feel secure and welcome here.

Estepona is a much bigger town than I thought with a lot of high rise buildings but the Old town is really quaint and beautiful with little cobbled streets full of pots of flowers everywhere! The town is very clean and apart from the odd dog poo there was no litter. Lots of cafes and restaurants to chose from and what we did like was there were hardly any tacky souvenier shops! I would thoroughly recommend going up to Clio rooftop bar the view was amazing! The promenade is lovely stretching for miles alongside the clean beaches with lots of palm tress and green plantation. We loved looking out for the numerous sculptures and murials which are dotted everywhere....Estepona has everything....clean beaches, beautiful old town, lots of places to eat and a lovely harbour.

Well known location for sightseeing. HILLY!!

Well known location for sightseeing. HILLY!! The town is very smart, range of bars and restaurants. Very local shops, not big stores. I went for a first hand experience with a view to moving to Antequera to live (I already live in Malaga province). Lots of small streets and very hilly. I'm a fit 70 and managed easily. There are 33 churches in Antequera!! I had to look it up because there are so many beautiful spires!!

Mijas is pretty. Lots of bars and restaurants.

Mijas is pretty. Lots of bars and restaurants. It can be hilly and there are lots of steps/ cobbled streets so may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a lot of traffic through Mijas and not many just pedestrianised areas so you do need to be aware of traffic when walking around the narrow streets.
