The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the balcony provided the perfect place to unwind with a breathtaking view. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the concierge team for their excellent recommendations. The breakfast buffet is simply outstanding—a wide variety of high-quality dishes, from fresh fruit to local specialties, all served in a beautiful setting. The on-site restaurants also offered exquisite cuisine, with options that delighted our taste buds each night. The pool area is another highlight, with multiple pools surrounded by comfortable loungers and lush gardens. It never felt crowded, and the service by the pool was impeccable. We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, with a fantastic design architecture and stunning view that gave it a great vibe. All staff were super friendly and always helpful. Housekeeping came by twice a day, breakfasts were just extraordinary in variety and quality and pool surrounding and services were top as well. One of the highlights for me were the free yoga classes. The sessions were led by Nodin, a passionate yoga teacher who introduced me to different aspects of yoga. His guidance didn’t just teach me more about yoga, it opened up a whole new world for me that I’m excited to keep exploring. Overall, we loved our stay and plan to go back one day!

Fun and Sun All Year Round

The largest of the Canary Islands, Tenerife has sun, sand and sangria all year round. Its landscape is dominated by volcanic Mount Teide, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose peak is covered by snow. There are fabulous views over Tenerife and the surrounding islands from the cable car that takes you up.

However, most visitors flock to the island for its beaches. The most exclusive area is Costa Adeje, home to most 5-star hotels in Tenerife. It also houses Aqualand waterpark with waterslides, pools and a dolphinarium, while next door Playa de las Americas boasts Siam Park – Europe’s largest waterpark.

This resort is the island’s party capital and features a large number of Tenerife hotels with swimming pools, and a wealth of bars and restaurants. Adjoining Los Cristianos also has a long, sandy beach.

The southern Tenerife beaches are actually artificial, made from white sand imported from the Sahara Desert, because the natural ones are black sand. Tenerife resorts with just such a beach include Puerto de la Cruz and Los Gigantes, which is dramatically sheltered by sheer cliffs.

    We mainly chose this hotel to access the beach easily, and during our stay we could enjoy the beautiful public beach in front of the hotel very conveniently. Another reason to choose this hotel during booking was the fact that its architecture seemed nicer than a big standard 5 star hotel. During our stay, we loved the design and architecture of the hotel. It gave us an impression that we were in a big cosy summer residence of someone with a great taste. Each corner had a charming decoration. The nature is preserved in the design. We could climb up stairs in open air by looking at different elements of the hotel without getting bored. The staff were experienced and friendly.

    Entertainment team were fantastic and an amazing filled programme for the kids. Kept them busy and entertained and out of the sunshine if it got too warm. My kids especially loved the cookie making and T-shirt painting. Also loved the water aerobics every day in the pool with the instructors. Loved the fact the cleaners came each day to the room the place was spotless and very well maintained. Had an amazing stay here.

    Puerto de la Cruz is the nicest city on the Island. It has that wonderfully built Lago Martináez, where you could swim, whatever high waves were on the ocean. The seaside promenade is beautiful, full of stores and restaurants. It is easy to get around. Also very good place for shopping is the Martiánez Shopping Centre, which is very close to the hotel and has good quality clothes and food in Mercadona.

    The area is perfect for all ages It is desired by adults for the wonderful view it offers. The long walks with the different terraces that invite you are a dream. The important thing is that the beach is public everywhere and is not private. Accommodations have very good prices. 4-star hotels are around 120 euros per night. For young people there is nightlife with parties on the seashore. Food is for all tastes. - there are higher prices for quality food as well as lower prices. The menu of the day costs 13 euros.

    Santa Cruz de Tenerife doesn’t have much of nightlife, almost everything was closed at 21:30-22:00 and there were no people outside either we were on the center of the town or near the plaza. BUT, The island in general is worth it. If you can get outside and go see other towns - villages, it is definitely worth it and be prepared for breathtaking sights, views and amazing monuments. There are a lot sightseeings worth visiting, but Santa Cruz de Tenerife on its own is just not worth it that much (and the parking there is literally impossible)

    We stayed 4 nights in LC and 7 nights in Adeje.

    We stayed 4 nights in LC and 7 nights in Adeje. LC- It’s gone down hill. Streets are tired. People begging. One gentleman I spoke to had his gold chain ripped off his neck in broad daylight while walking with his family. (He was with his wife, daughter and grandson). Wouldn’t go back to LC- Adeje is far more upmarket, nicer and safer. Stayed in Gran Tacande

    Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Local supermarket very handy. Quiet for those that don't like hustle and bustle of a lively resort. Would recommend the Lava Beach Cafe in Golf Del Sur for breakfast or lunch. Also the Wild Geese pub for drinks and food

    GREAT VENUE, LOTS OF GOOD RESTAURANTS AND BARS. GREAT TO BE IN THE SPANISH QUARTER RATHER THAN THE TOURIST PART. CHINA TOWN CHINESE AND FETTUCCINI SPANISH/ITALIAN RESTAURANTS EXCELLENT. GOOD BARS AT LEGENDS FOR LIVE SPORT AND BLARNEY STONE FOR LATE NIGHT MUSIC.

    The city consists of three parts.

    The city consists of three parts. The historic part with beautiful and charming streets. The villa part with beautiful gardens, trees, houses, and the part where people live tightly and where the most is happening. Lots of street culture, lots of cultural attractions. Lots of opportunities for good food.

    As my husband is not very mobile, El Medano is ideal as it is mainly flat and easy to walk. There is a wooden boardwalk along the sea front. Restaurants, shops a large square and a childrens' play area are all within easy reach.

    A lot of nice beaches with restaurants and bars for all ages, starting point to El Teide mountain, close to airport, the city is very clean and neat. Big disadvantage is public car parking, it's very hard to find some, so we parked in underground garages, which cost more than the rental fee itself.
