- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 144 reviewsWe had a truly lovely stay at the Bellachroy Hotel, nestled in a quiet little village, in a less populated regions of the Isle of Mull. The location is fantastic for exploring the island’s wild beauty and hidden gems. The rooms were cozy, and spotlessly clean—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The absolute highlight was the restaurant: a daily changing menu featuring freshly prepared dishes that were consistently delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and evenings at the bar offered a relaxed, friendly atmosphere to wind down. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, great food, and a tranquil retreat in one of Mull’s more untouched corners.Guest review bySusanneGermany
- From US$194.16 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 503 reviewsThis was a last minute booking and we were worried that we were arriving on e-bikes and there wouldn’t be a good place for us to store them. They staff was very nice and let us put our e-bikes in the back of the hotel without any problems! The location was perfect. Breakfast was very good and the shared spaces at the hotel were very comfortable, cozy and clean.Guest review byKelsieUnited States
- From US$249.64 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,490 reviewsBy far the most expensive hotel on our trip which we only booked due to limited availability due to Mull Rally. But had such a great time. Excellent dinner, very good service. Lovely room with a great view. Go out on the terrace to take pictures of Tobermory. It doesn't get any better.Guest review byElisabethAustria

The entire location is stunning.
The entire location is stunning. Be prepared for lots of photos. Just walk along the row of shops, get some fish and chips or an ice cream and enjoy the view. Some accommodation places are high up on the hill so if mobility is a problem then recommend down on waterfront level. Most accommodations have rooms up stairs as well. I would return again. Tobermory is just beautiful.Guest review byElaineAustralia - 10.0
Craignure is beautiful even in poorer weather.
Craignure is beautiful even in poorer weather. If planning to eat out of an evening this would be best booked in advance as there was only one pub serving food near the ferry terminal and they stopped serving at 8pm.Guest review byShaunaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

What a fabulous location and not only a well appointed pod but the camp site had everything. The Inn was great with fabulous food and a very friendly staff. The access arrangements for the pod were clear and very well communicated in a timely fashion. The pod itself was very well appointed with a surprising amount of amenities available, clearly very well thought out. Highly recommended.Guest review byStewartAustralia - 10.0

Scenery, wildlife, history in abundance - absolutely breath taking. No cars allowed so be prepared to walk everywhere (there are some bikes that can be hired at the Spar shop). There is a very good café selling hot food / home-baking / teas & coffee but closes at 5.00 pm so if your staying over need to book a table at either of the two hotels on the island. Good food but a little expensive.Guest review byDebbieUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It was easy to cycle to the ferry for Iona and we were also able to travel around the island by car, but the roads can be tricky if it is busy. We also had a problem with sea water coming over the road on one occasionGuest review byGrahamUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Quiet peaceful area.
Quiet peaceful area. Nothing I found made me dislike the area. Duart Castle, home of the Clan MacLean, is nearby and well worth a visit. It is on the way to Fionnphort and the ferry to Iona. If you are interested, you could Fionnphort is one location for cruises to Staffa and the Treshnish Isles. I have added a photo of Staffa from the boat, from the island and the path tp Fingals Cave. I have also added a photo Of Iona Abbey. A lovely peaceful island witha n atmosphere all of its own.Guest review byBarryUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Tash and Craig were fabulous hosts.
Tash and Craig were fabulous hosts. Home difficult to find, but worth the one track drive. Breakfast was best in 18 days in Scotland Craig is a fabulous chef and he never disappointed us. Tash always offered suggestions for sightseeing and detailed driving directions. Thank u Tash and CraigGuest review byRuddick - 10.0
We loved the location and the size of the house.
We loved the location and the size of the house. The photos don't really do it justice. We were a group of all adults so every room having an en-suite was just fantastic. We enjoyed using the house - cooking together in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. There is some construction in the immediate area but this didn't detract from any enjoyment of the property. It was lovely to walk down to the pier in the evening with a bottle of wine and have a drink. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights there but, even without that, the stars were beautiful. A great base to explore the Island as there's so much to do there - walks were great and visits to other Islands were easy. Recommend Ulva with it's unique ferry, Staffa and the beautiful Iona. The bike hire is just across the road and we loved using the electric bikes to go to Tobermory. The shops, local coffee shop and bakery are all within walking distance and there's a great tea room/farm shop about 2 miles away.Guest review byLindaUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Picturesque great little seafront.
Picturesque great little seafront. There are a number of nice restaurants and bars. Shops catered for all needs whether touristy or supplies. Sea trips were easy to find and the ferry from Tobermory to Ardnamurchan was also a smooth experience.Guest review byKarenUnited Kingdom - 4.0
Very small village.
Very small village. Good charity shop and cafe and small Spar shop. Craignure Inn very poor food. Isle of mull community swimming pool good. Isle of mull food good but expensive. 45mins to Tobermory for shops and reasonable pubs/cafes. One hour on mainly single track roads to Dervaig and 90mins to Fionnphort for ferry to Iona ( £4.60 return on ferry to Iona then 10mins walk to Abbey for £9 entrance) . Good community pub in Fionnphort with good range of real ales and good food.Guest review byTomUnited Kingdom
