- From US$1,599.30 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 488 reviewsFrom the moment I arrived until my departure, my stay at Claridge’s Hotel in London was nothing short of spectacular. Celebrating my birthday in such an iconic establishment made my special day even more memorable. The hotel exudes elegance and charm, with its luxurious accommodations and impeccable service. I was particularly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. A special shout-out to Amine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His attention to detail, kindness, and exceptional service truly stood out and added a personal touch to my birthday celebrations. The ambiance, the exquisite dining options, and the overall experience at Claridge’s have left a lasting impression on me. It’s clear why this hotel is a favorite among those who appreciate the finer things in life. I can confidently say that whenever I’m in London, Claridge’s will be my go-to destination. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Amine, for making my birthday unforgettable. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!Guest review byNoorQatar
- From US$538.43 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 37 reviewsThe location is amazing, the hotel very nice and clean, and the staff were amazing. We only stayed one night (and were given a very unexpected and much appreciated upgrade to a suite), but enjoyed the spa and the breakfast and would more than happily stay here again. Also, the hotel was excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the Mayfair area (nearly 1/3 of the price) and I don't know what the other hotels could provide extra that would justify the higher price.Guest review byChrisUnited Kingdom
- From US$199.69 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.4Good - What previous guests thought, 5,765 reviewsThe location is absolutely fantastic. 20 minutes walking distance from Big Ben, nearby restaurants, cinemas, clubs, bars, fast food locations and stores. Room was pretty small but with a perfect view to the city. Breakfast could be better. There were NO eggs, sausages, or varieties of yogurts. Warm sandwiches were delicious though.Guest review byWilliamNetherlands

London is busy noisy and full of concrete.
London is busy noisy and full of concrete. A lot of the sights were very expensive. Food was okay, don't believe a resturaunt telling you it's Italian because it isn't. The best places for food were the pubs if you can take children in. We seem to have lost the old London and that's a shame.Guest review byVivienne - 8.0
Food is great and cheap. Hotels are reasonably priced.
Food is great and cheap. Hotels are reasonably priced. Plenty of options to pick up your stay. The Piccadilly line goes straight to central, and even if you drive, it is 30-40 minutes to reach central London. Heathrow is a 15-20 minute drive away.Guest review bySumanth RajUnited Kingdom - 8.0

It was set in a great location so close to bus, tram and train. An express train to London Bridge was only 16 minute trip. The house was cosy and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet.Guest review byAnneAustralia - 10.0

Went for the Harry Potter studio tour. Did not disappoint at all! If you go it is definitely a full day, we weren’t expecting for it to be so good or for us to be there that long. We were there for over 5 hours and did not once get bored!Guest review byChelseaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Richmond is a wonderful town, with plenty of entertainment such as theatres and cinema, especially Richmond Theatre on Richmond Green. There are plenty of wonderful walking routes and parks, Richmond Royal Park is beautiful. Loads of fantastic Pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. Excellent transport links across London and wider areas. Richmond can be expensive, but is worth the extra costs for a short break.Guest review byIanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I was born in Kingston and lived there for a large piece of my life. I like coming to Kingston as I can catch up with friends and family. Love the restaurants along the Thames tow path and the vast array of shops. London being a stones throw away by train.Guest review bySamiUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Brentford has been upgraded beyond recognition in the last...
Brentford has been upgraded beyond recognition in the last 10 years and especially in the last 5 years. It has become one of the very beautiful and upmarket locations along the River Thames and opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew - a world heritage site - and in the immediate proximity to famous Richmond and its historic palaces and cultural sites, picturesque town centre and equally famous RIchmond Park. Bearing in mind that this is less then half an hour away from the very centre of London, it is a really great location for a holiday, even a city-escape and offers more famous landscapes, River and green walks than probably any other borough in London. Yet it is much more tranquil than any place closer to London with a host of nice new restaurants and cafes.Guest review byKarinUnited Kingdom - 6.0
I recently stayed at Heatherbank Guest House.
I recently stayed at Heatherbank Guest House. The location is relatively convenient for Stansted Airport – about an hour by car transfer – and the staff were friendly enough. As my room did not have a microwave, they kindly allowed me to use the kitchen one. The room and bathroom were clean, with fresh towels provided daily, which I appreciated. However, one major issue left me quite frustrated. On the morning of my departure, I had an early flight at 7 am and needed to wake up at 3 am. To my surprise, the electricity (or main lighting) in my room and bathroom was completely off. I had to shower using my phone’s flashlight. Thankfully, I had finished packing the night before, as doing so in pitch darkness would have been impossible. I checked, and it wasn’t just my room – the small room between my entrance and the main hallway also had no power. Only the main hallway lights were on, which was a relief, as otherwise carrying two heavy suitcases downstairs would have been extremely unsafe. This situation made me think: what if a guest were ill and needed the bathroom at night, a breastfeeding mother needing light, or someone returning late in the evening? I had noticed the generator (or main power) going on and off during the two previous nights as well, with a short power surge to the mini fridge, which was quite noisy. This is an important matter that should be communicated to guests and fixed promptly. While the cleanliness and some of the staff’s helpfulness were positives, this power outage experience left me feeling stressed and disappointed.Guest review byJuliaUnited Kingdom - 8.0
The local subway was well used and we ate there.
The local subway was well used and we ate there. There was reasonable choice and hot drinks, which I didn't expect. Depending on what you like to eat, there are plenty of small eateries. Where we were, there was a station and many buses so connections are there to get around. Pleasant enough suburb.Guest review byMarionUnited Kingdom - 8.0
