Very beautiful building , very close to the center and supermarkets and the best restaurants in town. Really the girls that run the place were lovely and so kind and ready to help with anything . The design of the building is in a very nice really Georgian style , very quiet location ,clean and cosy. Really a jewel . DIDI MADLOBA to these wonderful.people and their outstanding hospitality .

This a wonderful genuine boutique hotel, the owners have created a terrific ambiance throughout. We booked a deluxe suite and it was a fabulous room. (Unfortunately it was very misty during our stay so there was no mountain view). The attention to detail was excellent, large bed and very comfortable. Very large bathroom with a bath and shower. The reception staff were first class. Our room was not ready on arrival but they provided tea/coffee and nice nibbles. Breakfast was a good spread. In summary, although there were a few issues with dinner this is still a great hotel and we would have no hesitation in returning again or recommending to family and friends.

First of all I would like thank you hotel staff for excellent service and fast feedback for all questions. This was nice stay in this brilliant hotel. Receiption service amazing. Hotel located in beautiful city and excellent place. Hotel don't have parking but possible parking car on square near of hotel or along side of hotel, no any restriction. Hotel room nice and comfortable. All consumable staff for comfortable stay present. Bonus from hotel, free spa service: swimming pool(amazing view of the historic part of the city), sauna, hamam. Recommend rooms with amazing view of the historic part of the city. We really enjoyed the service at the bar. The restaurant pleases with an abundance of variety of food and home comfort.     It is one of the most beautiful places I have been. Picturesque surroundings, beautiful nature, lots of entertainment and great food. We took full board and it was the best decision, good options to choose especially vegeterian and deserts are to die for. Room are very clean and the whole territory is spotless, it is greatly maintained. Special thanks to Natalia( Personal Guest Manager),she arranged the delivery of baby sunscreen from Telavi. My infant's skin got burned first day of our stay and I firstly visited reception and Mariam who was there told us that we need to go to the Telavi and take taxi which will take 20 mins. But after Natalia connected with me, I got a call from Mariam where she organized the delivery from city herself. Thank you Natalia as you took care of my baby well-being during our stay. I mentally rested in this place and enjoyed time with my family.

    Great place with amazing nature. They have very nice restaurant for breakfasts and dinners (open all day), great vine - Kisi, Mtsvane, Saperavi, you can also enjoy swimming pool, jacuzzi and even small pool for children. We took bicycles from the facility and made a trip around the village. The best part of our experience was people working in the hotel and vineyard as they are very open and warm, ready to tell you everything about the place, vine making process and region. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained.

    My stay was perfect!

    My stay was perfect! I visited all of the dinning options and each one was terrific. The staff was great and the recreation facilities are amazing. I enjoyed the spa and appointments were easy to make. I spent a lot of time walking around the lake and resort. The scenery is beautiful--especially this time of year. I'm coming back next year to enjoy the outdoor pools and facilities.

    One of the best preserved wild natures in the world; a magnificent region for those who love hiking, nature, mountains, etc. You can stay longer and follow a camping route, or you can stay for 3-4 days and do daily nature walks. Or you can just sip your drink and read your book in a peaceful and serene way, alone with nature.

    Great location but the town lacked restaurants.

    Great location but the town lacked restaurants. On Friday night we had to taxi out to a restaurant located near the border crossing. It was good but it would be nice if they had a good selection in town. Most places to eat are associated with guest houses and not necessarily open to the public. The reserve was great. It was beautiful, well-signed and had helpful staff.

    Overall I guess it was ok.

    Overall I guess it was ok. Check-in at Park Hotel was terrible. We reserved a room with a queen bed, and all rooms are supposed to have a view. We specifically confirmed the queen bed with a request immediately after reserving. What we got at first was a room with twin beds and no real view. One side was blocked by a wall, the other side viewed the access road. The front desk refused to change anything, saying they had a large group taking an entire floor. (There was a youth group of some kind there.) We had to call the reservations line to correct this. The lady on the phone looked up the reservation, confirmed the queen bed, and arranged for a correct room. It is very disappointing that the on-site desk people can't do this. (The view was the same way but had no wall blocking one side, and the mountains could be seen from the balcony now.) Once we were set it was all ok. We did not do much in Tsinandali, just enjoyed the park and dinners. Once at the Radisson (overpriced) and one at a local Marani (very good deal!)

    My group as forced to leave early because the gas went out in the hotel and there was no hot water!!!!!! Nice golf course but it is hard to enjoy yourself if you can't take a nice shower in these expensive hotel rooms. BAD BAD BAD service when the General Manager of the hotel did not respond to my two emails that simply and respectfully asked for a room credit instead of a refund. When I got not response, I contact my credit card company who reversed my payment. AVOID this rip-off hotel as we will in the future. Life is too short and there are too many options to have to settle for such bad treatment.....

    Sighnaghi is worth to visit.

    Sighnaghi is worth to visit. Unfortunately during my overnight stay, it rained a lot 100 percent. We couldn't see nothing about the town in the next day. But the evening we arrived we walked through the city and it was a nice small cute little town. It's worth to visit. Go check the monastery that is nearby. We missed to see due to the rain.
