The location of the chateau is simply amazing - a couple of kilometers from the main road, quiet, peaceful - far from the noise. It's perfect for escaping the city. Looks like a castle from the outside, with terraces overlooking the surroundings. Just a few rooms - feels very private, with breathtaking views all around, as the building sits in the middle of a beautiful vineyard. Plenty of fresh air, mountain view, and a pool. The dishes in the restaurant were pleasant to try, plus the in-house wine made of the grapes grown on the premises. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much. We visited in August and are willing to come again in winter time.

We only stayed with family for 2 nights, but during that time we received great service from wonderful people! Zurab made our stay absolutely comfortable and cozy. A pleasant and intelligent person with excellent manners and a warm attitude. The atmosphere was like a family home. Very clean, new spacious rooms and a full delicious breakfast with many options! Great location! They also have house wine! I highly recommend it to all travelers and any age) Thank you for the warm welcome ❤️🙏

The hotel is really well designed, I had feeling I was in an old place with cuban elements, where tradition and modernity are meeting. the room had only window on the ceiling, but from the bath it was perfect. the amenities are really high quality, in room there are mini bar, coffee machine and so on.

My best hotel experience ever. The stuff was super friendly and helpful plus speaking fluent english. I was warmly welcomed by Lela, receptionist. Place is gorgeous and beautifully decorated in a modern way. View is stunning. I had a relax time in sauna and jakuzzi. It's a heaven spot in Telawi. And yeah, they have heated swimming pool outside and it's own winery!!

Gigi the staff at the cafe on 5th floor needs to be protected and safeguarded as he has excellent communication skills and goes above and beyond his duties to fullfil guests requirements. Best places to stay in Telavi! Hosts was super friendly and helpful! The husband offered us his great homemade wine and organic apples. I had to go to the hospital and they were very kind to call and enquire for me and also give me a lift there. the room was wonderful, super comfortable bed, extremely clean and very well utilated. Everything was perfect! Make sure you do the vineyard tour with George the driver the recommend - we had an amazing time with him!

    First of, the location itself is a but more isolated, which makes it so serene and peaceful. Like at night, in silence you'll feel how still everything is! Being slightly on a hillside, you get to look over the vast expanse of the region, seeing the sun set was such a gift! The room was nice and spacious, and the one we had came with a balcony. If you had a choice, rooms 3, 4, and 5 should have quite a view. The bed was very comfortable and the blankets kept us warm at night. The toilet was immaculate! And as I've mentioned many times in other reviews, I'm very particular about this point. Now, the restaurant is definitely a talking point. The food there is excellent! And the price is reasonable too! You'd think being the only restaurant around for miles that you'd get charged an arm and a leg. I had the pork ujakhuri twice and remains one of my favorite meals in Georgia. My wife had the barbequed pork in tomato paste, not sure what it's called, but I do know it tastes amazing. I liked their cream of mushroom soup too, I think the roasted the mushrooms before creaming it, giving it a slight smoky flavor to it. Of course you can't come here and not try their wine! We had a few different glasses and they were all really nice! We left with 2 bottles. Their traditional qvevry made amber wine is a definite must try. We almost got to meet the owner, and not only was he such a friendly gentleman, his knowledge of the region and of traditional wine making was vast and he was willing to spend time to share it with us.

This year, we were especially impressed by the new building – it is simply outstanding! The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful layouts and high-quality finishes that make staying here an absolute pleasure. A special mention goes to the breakfasts – delicious, varied, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Starting the day with such a meal is pure delight! A huge thank you to the entire team and management of the hotel for their care, excellent service, and warm hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

    Amazing facilities all around the lake, on the booking you don't actually see how big the lake is and how big the hotel is - so open google maps. This hotel also has 6 restaurants on site to choose, we went to every restaurant and had a pleasure. Breakfast is nice but there's not much choice. Overall i'd recommend the place to friends/relatives and perhaps come back here for sure. Understand when you plan your vacation make sure you spend atleast 3 days or 2 days at this hotel only for this hotel.

The hotel has a unique feature that's rare to find in Georgia—a well-maintained Russian banya (sauna). We went on a full-day hiking tour through autumn forests and hills to reach the waterfall. It was an excellent experience.

    My stay was perfect!

    My stay was perfect! I visited all of the dinning options and each one was terrific. The staff was great and the recreation facilities are amazing. I enjoyed the spa and appointments were easy to make. I spent a lot of time walking around the lake and resort. The scenery is beautiful--especially this time of year. I'm coming back next year to enjoy the outdoor pools and facilities.

    One of the best preserved wild natures in the world; a magnificent region for those who love hiking, nature, mountains, etc. You can stay longer and follow a camping route, or you can stay for 3-4 days and do daily nature walks.     Great location but the town lacked restaurants.

    Great location but the town lacked restaurants. On Friday night we had to taxi out to a restaurant located near the border crossing. It was good but it would be nice if they had a good selection in town. Most places to eat are associated with guest houses and not necessarily open to the public. The reserve was great. It was beautiful, well-signed and had helpful staff.

    Overall I guess it was ok.

    Overall I guess it was ok. Check-in at Park Hotel was terrible. We reserved a room with a queen bed, and all rooms are supposed to have a view. We specifically confirmed the queen bed with a request immediately after reserving. What we got at first was a room with twin beds and no real view. One side was blocked by a wall, the other side viewed the access road. The front desk refused to change anything, saying they had a large group taking an entire floor. (There was a youth group of some kind there.) We had to call the reservations line to correct this. The lady on the phone looked up the reservation, confirmed the queen bed, and arranged for a correct room. It is very disappointing that the on-site desk people can't do this. (The view was the same way but had no wall blocking one side, and the mountains could be seen from the balcony now.) Once we were set it was all ok. We did not do much in Tsinandali, just enjoyed the park and dinners. Once at the Radisson (overpriced) and one at a local Marani (very good deal!)

    My group as forced to leave early because the gas went out in the hotel and there was no hot water!!!!!! Nice golf course but it is hard to enjoy yourself if you can't take a nice shower in these expensive hotel rooms. BAD BAD BAD service when the General Manager of the hotel did not respond to my two emails that simply and respectfully asked for a room credit instead of a refund. When I got not response, I contact my credit card company who reversed my payment. AVOID this rip-off hotel as we will in the future. Life is too short and there are too many options to have to settle for such bad treatment.....

    An old city with warm, friendly, hospitable people, very cultural and beautiful, with best restaurants and cafes. With a five century old royal castle right in the center of the city and quite a lot of historical buildings, monasteries, fortresses, a noble palace around the city no more than 30 minutes' drive.

    Sighnaghi is worth to visit.

    Sighnaghi is worth to visit. Unfortunately during my overnight stay, it rained a lot 100 percent. We couldn't see nothing about the town in the next day. But the evening we arrived we walked through the city and it was a nice small cute little town. It's worth to visit. Go check the monastery that is nearby. We missed to see due to the rain.
