The hotel is possibly the best location for all tourist attractions and restaurants and the staff is extremely professional, courteous and ready to help which made our stay so comfortable. Special mention to the two receptionists (Gvantsa and my apologies i didnt catch the main receptionists name) and the security personnel. Highly recommend it to all.

The Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room was magnificent and decorated beautifully. The city was very safe to walk around, day or night.

The city was very safe to walk around, day or night. There are some very nice bars and restaurants, some with live entertainment, in the city centre. Check out the amazing Georgia Chronicles in Tbilisi while you're here. Try out the metro underground as it's very cheap at 14 pence a ride. That's half a Lari in Georgian money. 4-5 days is enough for a stay in Tbilisi. I stayed 9 days, which was way too long.

This place truly exceeded my expectations.

This place truly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect: there’s a supermarket nearby, Kiketi Farm is just a 15-minute walk away, and the surrounding forest offers beautiful hiking trails. The property itself is incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully considered. The lush greenery around it makes the whole place feel like a little paradise. What made my stay truly unforgettable were the hosts. Natalya was exceptionally attentive—she even prepared several meals for me free of charge and was incredibly kind throughout my stay. I came here to recharge and rest, and this place delivered exactly what I needed. I already know I’ll be returning in another season—especially after seeing how breathtaking the fall colors are.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

Good place to visit. Good & helpful people. Can find variety of food to eat. There are good restaurants which serve food from different parts of world. Getting around Tbilisi is very easy. We did take Didi rides & Subway. Subway connectivity is good. Everyone should ride the subway. It connects you well with local people. Overall good experience. Definitely planning for another vacation to Tbilisi

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

I found the residents not very friendly.

I found the residents not very friendly. This could be due to a general lack of talking in English. It was very simple to change money and it was only necessary to present your passport with high amounts. Traffic in the city is congested but the metro offers a very affordable alternative for the city at 1 Lari (USD0.3) per ride. Whenever you rent a car note that filling stations do not generally have compresses air. Petrol quality differs. There are plenty of very nice restaurants offering good wines. Saperavi is the red cultivar of choice. Restaurants are not well advertised and one must make effort to find them.
