We decided to spend our honeymoon at Santo Mangata and after 14 days we would do it again! The staff is wonderful- always trying their best, the swimming pool with the bar is very cosy and made with good taste, and the breakfast and the quality of service are amazing. Also there is a beach bar that is a partner of the hotel so we could use sunbeds all day for free just a few minutes walk on a beautiful beach. I had a personal issue with an object in our first room which was also very beautiful, and the very kind manager of the hotel Patrick and the staff had a wonderful reaction to it, and gave us another room for the rest of our stay. I have the highest recommendations and we would certainly like to come back again. Perissa is less busy then other places in Santorini, and the beach is probably one of the best on the island, so for us it was the perfect base on the island.

Nice hotel near to the beach (there is a promenade with many restaurants, nice beach, sea). We had the spacious room with private tube, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpfull. The breakfast was excelent. Everything was clean. I recommend this hotel.

it was very nice stay at this hotel from first day till the last. Mara and Carmen did a great job. Very professional and extremly kind. the apartment is huge, equipped with everything what you need for extraordinary vacation. the brekfasta were prepared with the huge love and atttion on evry details. Wonderful stay at Santa Irina lofts. The rooms are very nice with private pool beds and private jacuzzi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good location, 5mn away from the beach. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the island, but close to shops, bars and restaurants. Clean accommodation, comfortable beds, very good food in the restaurant, nice pools. The staff is absolutely great, nice, happy to help at any time. You can easily travel around the island by bus or rented car. We used the car rental through the hotel and everything went smoothly. Sun loungers on the beach are free and serviced. Black sand beach, so shoes are recommended. We were very satisfied and although we like to discover new places, we will be happy to come back here! Thank you for a great holiday.

Superb boutique hotel perfect for a quiet get away. Large room, incredible hotel pool and sandy beach right across the road with loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Amazing breakfasts and cocktails by the pool. Cant recommend this place highly enough if you are looking for a beach break away from the crowds in Fira and Ouia. We never had to book a table, lounger or wait for a table. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect location ! And I think this is one of the best resort at SANTORINI, I do not reccoment in other city ,because here you have sea next to the hotel ...at Oia or others not ! Really clean rooms ! Great Breakfast.... Dinner/Lunch too big porsion ,I couldn't eat it ! Haha .....I totally can recommend this Resort! And The best is John at the reception !!!!

Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.

Visiting Perissa in September was perfect – warm weather and plenty of sunbeds, or you can simply relax on the soft sand mixed with small pebbles. A short walk down the beach takes you to Perivolos, which is even better for swimming. Along the beach, you’ll find plenty of excellent restaurants and bars – Tranquilo and Ntomatini are must-visits! In the evenings, it’s lovely to stroll past the many little souvenir shops and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

A great range of restaurants - you never need to eat in the same place twice during your holiday. There is also a beach, with sunloungers for rental (between 10-25 Euros, for an umbrella with two sunbeds, depending on the vendor), watersports and local grocery stores.

By far one of the best areas on the island to stay.

By far one of the best areas on the island to stay. Quieter than Fira, but with easy bus access to any part of the island you want to go. The restaurants and beaches are great. Please don't leave this area without making the long walk (or ride) to the end of the beach road to eat at Lava Tavern. It had the freshest, best food I had on the island.
