We stayed at Esperos in their last week of the season (October) so it was very quiet and only the main restaurant was open. Despite this, I cannot fault the food, facilities and the wonderful staff. We got lucky with beautiful weather and this hotel is stunningly beautiful and well kept. We got a room with its own private plunge pool and it was heaven! 10/10

In this place we felt like at home throughout our stay. The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and create a very cosy atmosphere. The room we rented was clean and tidy. Also the restaurant downstairs serves very tasty local food. It is important to mention that this hotel is a great place for a relaxing holiday and to get to know the country. We truly had a perfect stay at Sagredo. The views from the rooms and the restaurant were breathtaking and everything was really clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed the private beach at the crystal clear Aegan Sea while enjoying excellent service from the hotel staff. The hotel restaurant and breakfast were really delicious and our rooms were very pretty and modern. There is honestly nothing bad to say about this hotel, only the opposite. We’re really glad to have found this hidden gem in Kos. If you’re looking for a tranquil, paradise-like experience, this is the place to visit.

    After reading the many positive reviews my partner and i decided to spend our holiday at Casa Cook. I can say that these reviews are more than true, our expectations have been greatly exceeded. Everything is perfectly arranged down to the last detail. Hospitality of the staff is great! From the staff at reception, servers at breakfast/dinner to the cleaning ladies, everyone is super hospitable. Genuinely one of the most hospitable places i have ever stayed! A lot of reviews say that the food is good and i can confirm this with a resounding yes. The food and drinks here are of a different level. We had booked an half board. Breakfast has a big variety of products and dinner was fantastic every evening. As a result, we did not eat out of the resort a single evening... Rooms are clean and well maintained. (towels and linen get's refreshed every day) Each room has its own access to the (shared) swimming pool. We were lucky enough to have been upgraded to a suite with a private pool, but the entire resort is a fantastic place to stay. I can write much more, but everything is perfect here from A to Z. I can recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

    The hotel's greatest asset was undoubtedly its staff. From the warm and friendly reception at check-in to the impeccable housekeeping services, every member of the team was committed to providing top-notch service. The hotel's entertainment team deserves a standing ovation! They never failed to keep the guests entertained with their fun and engaging activities throughout the day. The pool area was well-maintained, and the poolside bar served refreshing drinks to help guests beat the heat. The hotel had a variety of slides, catering to different age groups and thrill levels. Our older kids enjoyed the thrilling twists and turns of the high-speed slides, while the younger ones had a blast at the milder slides, specifically designed for their age.

    The staff went above and beyond to make our stay not good, but wonderful! Everyone from staff at reception to the cleaners always had a smiles on their faces and treated us with such hospitality. I forgot my mobile charger there and the cleaning staff found it and other items that were forgotten in the room. Location superb, right on the beachfront and close to shops and restaurants. Daily entertainment, activities for kids and adults were great. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel 10/10!!

    The perfect place to stay. Very interesting places to visit. Near the old town you can find two bus lines. With one line (KTEL) you can visit the east side of the island and second one (different company) can visit the west side (Airport, Butterfly 🦋 etc). Cost can be from a few Euro or around 10 Euro. Further more you can take sea lines to visit other islands. In Restaurants inside the old city when you ask for a small bottle of water which can cost around two Euro, they bring you instead a mineral water and charge you 4.50 Euro. As these Restaurants have no work during winter try to have more income during the tourist period.

    I mostly stayed near Kos Town and walked everywhere, averaging about 40k steps a day. I highly recommend learning to ride a bike or, even better, a motorcycle. Renting a car is a good choice, but parking can be tricky.

    Fakiraki town itself is not very pretty and quite jarring but the bays and beaches nearby are stunning. Top restaurant to eat at was Eteon in Falkraki main street - wonderful authentic food and service!

    Lindos village was lovely, with everything in a smallish area so all restaurants and bars etc really close by and lots to choose from. Travelling slightly further afield was easy also with taxis available from the main square and a good selection of buses from the main road. There was a choice of two bays with beaches where there were sunbeds to hire for the day and also some good restaurants. Many options for booking boat trips or renting small boats.

    Close enough to Rhodes Old Town to visit regularly if you want. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Lively, but not rowdy. As a kitesurfer, it offered me a choice of beaches and kite stations within 25 mins. Also, the sea breeze was pretty reliable most afternoons. My family thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque sunset horse riding that took place just in front of Rainbow Bar. We all enjoyed this special little bar, its food, cocktails, beer and view of the sunset.

    The view was exceptional from the balcony. It was a pleasure to sit out having breakfast. Julie was a great host and very friendly and helpful. My rooms were very comfortable. Steep steps up the narrow staircase to the bedroom.

    Lovely friendly place! Loads of shops for tourist tat, places to eat (the Rock Island bar has a singer or band most nights) - Michael is the door host - the staff are pleasant and friendly. FBI for food - really, surprisingly lovely! Peris for food - service can be a little slow - but food nice. Spar - quite expensive for certain things, we used A&B supermarket as well. Pebbly beach - we only went to look and take sunset photos. A slow walk into Ialysos takes about an hour, go for food there and wander the shops, it's very quirky in places! Pavements can be a little "up & down" and rough in places. You can buy cat food for the cats, they're appreciative-don't touch them though! Municipal bins for rubbish - emptied daily. Bus to Rhodes is cheap and they run well - even on Sundays! Most shops close Sundays. People are very friendly and there isn't the expectation that you'll come in to their restaurant or bar (not like in Rhodes where we felt quite hassled at times) just by checking their menu outside. There is crazy golf about 40 minutes walk away - get the bus though as it means you won't have melted by the time you get there! There is a small bar there too which is very nice to sit in and have a small refreshment. There ARE crossings on the main road (no traffic lights or pelican crossings) but just step out slowly and most drivers will stop/slow to let you cross...it can be a bit like the old arcade game "Frogger" at busy times though!

    Location very good only 10 minutes taxi ride from airport Nice resort plenty of cafes/restaurants Only downside for me is that The Rio Hotel could do with a few more rooms ..it is extremely popular

    All staff amazing except the pool service bar.

    All staff amazing except the pool service bar. Not attentive enough, had to go for drinks myself to be told we will come to you then it took at least half an hour! One of the lunches that I ordered eventually turned up and was completely cold, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said it was the kitchens fault! Shame really, the rest of the place and the staff were really good. The on-site restaurants are amazing.

    We had a great family stay and especially enjoyed the friendly staff, fun pool activities, and the convenient location near the beach. The animation team and pool bar service were highlights of our stay. What we didn’t like was the limited selection of nonalcoholic drinks, the extra cost for water despite having all-inclusive, and the outdated room standard. The beach also had a rocky seabed and unclear water, which made swimming less enjoyable. Overall, a good experience with a few areas that could be improved.
