A wonderful place with an even more wonderful host!
Our stay at Psaromatis was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Kris – an exceptional host who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt truly at home right away.
The place is spotlessly clean, peaceful, and quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location is great – within walking distance of lovely restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches.
The staff were all friendly, cheerful, and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and varied, with quality ingredients and generous portions.
Staying at Psaromatis, we discovered not only another beautiful place in Greece, but also a new friend in Kris. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

A Perfect Island Escape
We stayed for 2 nights and stay at Voula Resort was exceptional. The owner greeted us upon arrival with a warm welcome, offering plenty of helpful information about Elafonisos and the surrounding area. The resort is serene, clean, comfortable, and quiet—an ideal place to relax. The grounds are beautifully kept, full of flowers and friendly cats that add to the charm.
The location is perfect for exploring the island, with easy access to the famous Simos Beach. The rooms are spacious enough and very well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Voula Resort offers a peaceful retreat with top-notch hospitality, making it a perfect choice for a memorable stay on this nice island. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Studios Maniati- it’s in a great location above the town with great views over to the mainland and for the Peloponnese sunsets. The apartment was spotless, the bed really comfortable - which is a massive win for me. Finally Alexandra is fabulous, really friendly and on hand to ensure you have a great stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk to the main harbour area. Every member of staff we encountered was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. The rooms were well appointed and very clean and the breakfast was varied and ample with all offerings regularly restocked.

Given we stayed here pre season the staff were excellent, the rooms were spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Everything seemed fairly new and if you want a hotel with kitchen capabilities on/ very close to beach then book now.

One of the most amazing places.
One of the most amazing places. Beaches are wide and long with lot of place for finding a secluded corner just for yourself, sea is warm and beautiful with alluring colours and views are breathtaking. We loved Kato Nissi beach and Lefki and enjoyed snorkelling over ancient Pavlipetra city. The village of Elafonisos is vivid with lot of tavernas and places for enjoyable evenings. Perfect holiday spot. Anywhere you sit you’ll get good food and good service. Moving around the island is easy, but you’ll need a car. Getting to Elafonisos is also easy with ferries going from Pounta every 30 minutes with costs of 16 EUR for 2 adults and a vehicle.

Ideal place for a short (3-4 days) holiday. Beautiful beaches (although when it is windy there are waves), and lots of tavernas and fish restaurants in the port. To get there is a 4.5 hours drive from Athens to Pounta, and a 15 mins ferry ride from Pounta to Elafonisos with several ferries crossing every 30 mins. Small Simos beach is the best, and you can find very spaceous umbrellas but pricey (50-60 euros for 3 persons)

Basically an Island characterised only by it's beach Simos . Some fine dining in the city and being a nature sancturay Natura 2000 you can get to see the gorgeous Karetta stroling in the sea of the port
