Everything is new and well designed. The area is very quiet and very green with lots of trees around. Everything you need for a perfect holiday. So beautiful that you don't even want to go to the beach. The host Spiros and his family are so hospitable, like nowhere else. We have never met anyone like them in our previous holidays. You just feel very comfortable and at home. Therefore deserved 10 points!

The hotel is not only beautifully and modernly furnished, but also perfectly maintained - the rooms were cleaned daily and there was absolute cleanliness everywhere. The location is absolutely ideal - a few steps to the sea and the city centre, yet the hotel has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoyed delicious and varied food every day. The rooms are well equipped - water and coffee (capsules) were replenished every day, which we really appreciated. Also the fast and stable wifi throughout the hotel was a big plus.
Parking in the underground garage is possible (for a fee), which is very convenient. The pool was always clean and pleasant. Overall there was an atmosphere of peace and quiet. We felt at home - or rather better than at home. 😊

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kriopigi! I want to express my gratitude to a few special staff members who made our visit exceptional.
First, a big thank you to Dimitrios restaurant manager. At the hotel's restaurants, the team of experienced and attentive staff truly goes above and beyond to fulfill your dining wishes. Their warm and courteous approach creates a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that your dining experience is not only delicious but also a true reflection of genuine Greek hospitality.
I want to give a special shoutout to Nicolette, the lifeguard. Not only did she do an excellent job ensuring our safety at the pool, but she also recommended the best places to visit. Thanks to her, we explored Athitos, Kalithea, and Khanioti, all of which were amazing. Nicolette is the best, always ready to help everyone with anything they need. I hope she will be here next year too! The pool area is great, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Nicolette did an excellent job and made us feel very safe.
A big thank you to the shuttle driver who took us to the beach. He was always nice and made our trips very enjoyable.
I loved that there were friendly cats around the hotel; they added a charming touch and were not disturbing at all.
Overall, our stay was perfect. We've already shared our experience with friends and highly recommend Hotel Kriopigi. We hope to return next year as well!

The food was very good. A rich selection of different dishes. I liked that the hotel tries to ensure that the guests follow the dress code. That's why most of the guests were decently dressed and you felt comfortable while eating.
The beach was OK, a bit crowded for my taste, but you could use the empty beach next door in front of the non-functional Atos hotel. The beach was sandy with a gradual entrance to the sea. This is good for families with children. The beaches around the hotel are among the best in the area with significantly fewer people than further along the coast towards Pefkohori.
The hotel has several swimming pools, including an indoor pool and a gym.
The room (suite) was OK, I thought the mattresses were a little lower quality. The air conditioning was of good quality, there was no problem even if it was very hot. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and a small corner for storing drinks or food. But I couldn't find a beer opener, which should not happen in a 5 star hotel..
From the room it was possible to go directly to the pool through the terrace. The terrace was well situated, It was always in pleasant shade.
The hotel staff were friendly, I had no problem. He even extended my check out by 1 hour, since my flight was late in the evening and I was with my little daughter.

1. Very god service
2. All the staff members was very helpful
3. Breakfast and diner at the very high level (only good quality served), good coffee!
4. The beach is wonderful, free sun-beds, free towels, white sand, no stones, very clean and warm water, perfect for the children.
5. A lot of activities offered
6. Live music at the bar
7. Affordable prices for extra request (lunch, coffee….)
8. The room view is beautiful, even if is not see view, all you need is provided ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel ….), you have coffee machine in the room which is refilled every day wit capsules.
9. The location is perfect, the hotel is right on the beach, the hotel restaurant is with the beach view, so you can enjoy it all time.
10. Outside the hotel area you can find a lot of tavernas, shops, pharmacy, bars….
If I will choose Kassandra for my vacation, I will definitely book this hotel.

I recently spent a short holiday at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the location was stunning, and the fresh air and sea made it a truly relaxing experience. The highlight of our stay was the special surprise the staff prepared for my son’s 5th birthday – it was the cherry on top of an already amazing trip. We will definitely return for another holiday. The service & staff were excellent! Staff was always smiling and was available for the guests and their questions and needs. The property as it self is wonderful, spacious, very modern. There are facilities as pharmacy & market which is very convenient if you do need some items as urgency. The food and the variety of available restaurants is excellent! The nights are perfect as they were organized with events through out entire week.

We were at the very end of the season so it was quiet and lots were closed. You really need to travel around and visit other beachrs in the area. More are prettier than Pefkohori as it is a small town.

Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions.
Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time.
Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries...
A wonderful old town, with many restaurants, shops, bakeries, snack bars, a nice pedestrian zone, located at a height above the sea.
The local two or three beaches are sandy, rather narrow, the sea has an uneven rocky bottom. Going to the beach is easy, because you go downhill, but on the way back there is quite a climb, so for small children and people with limited mobility it is better to use a car.

Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

A typical resort town with a nice beach, many restaurants, shops, gift shops. Early in the morning you can watch the sunrise, the sunset is on the other side of Kassandra arm.
The beach is a bit narrow and in the height of the season it would be more difficult to find places in the free use area. On the other hand, there are quite a few beach bars where you can sit while drinking and eating.
The town is also located in a convenient location, from where within 30-40 minutes by car or less you can visit many other beautiful beaches.

It is the best to ask locals for good restaurants. Masutis is the best supermarket in the area. Nea Skioni is rather calm place compared to some others on Kasandra. The roads are not very good although there is not that much traffic.

It very beautiful calm place where you can go as well as with family also with group of friends or even by yourself. There many places to see and enjoy. Beautiful beaches and tasteful restaurants nearby. Perfect place to relax and regain your strength!

We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October.
We were in Siviri from 11th to 18th October. A lot of restaurants and bars had closed down by that stage but there were still 3 restaurants open and they also served as bars so we could go for a drink even if we didn't want to eat. The weather was still warm enough to sunbathe and swim but by the end of the week the weather had turned and was more overcast and colder. We walked into Elani, a 45 minute walk to have lunch in it's only restaurant. The walk was interesting, through a mix of small lanes and roads however when we got there the town was like a ghost town. We think there were maybe only 3 or 4 properties occupied and both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. Thankfully we'd brought some food and drink with us. We had hired a car which I would say was essential and travelled around eating lunch in a different town every day. On our last day we decided to go to Mirragio Spa which had great reviews however we discovered it was closed when we arrived, Google isn't always reliable in letting you know if businesses are open. We also took a trip to Sani but it is a huge collection of connected hotels and we weren't able to park close to the centre of town and weren't sure if the restaurants served people who weren't guests of the hotels so we travelled on to Nea Moudania to eat.

Sani as a location is nice.
Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely.
The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki.
The sea is absolutely lovely, sandy and clean.
We went to neighbouring places to eat as we didn’t feel like paying £42 for a plate of risotto.

Small town with a couple of decent options to eat - 2 fish tavernas, 2 gyros places, 2 patisseries, 1 pizza place and 2 beach bars. By car, 15-30min away you can find more options in the neighbouring villages.
